They are always on top of their game and I'm always informed in advance about issues that will need further attention down the road instead of waiting until it happens just to prey on your wallet like others do. When I go there, I feel like I'm visiting family and that's why I've been a dedicated VW owner for over a decade. As a disabled veteran, I always know the price before I even get things scheduled because they care about those that served to protect and they always ensure that they don't cause any undue hardship on us therefore allowingus to know aheadof time the price of things, and not to mention, it's very reassuring to know that when I drop my car off, I have nothing to worry about because they care for my car the way I do and that is genuine respect. O'meara is definitely #1!!!!!!! More

Yo-Yo Scam and Bait and Switch fraud I don't know how VW allows them to represent their brand. They did not disclose the "add-on's" as part of the sale, but worse, they advertised a much I don't know how VW allows them to represent their brand. They did not disclose the "add-on's" as part of the sale, but worse, they advertised a much lower price without disclosing that this was the "lease" price. Then sell you on the purchase price which is much different. Secondly the dealer financing "pre-approval" is a joke. they approve anyone over the phone and tell you to come in. Then they finance a deal, make you sign an agreement to pay $75 a day and $.75 a mile for use of the car then yank the financing. They will restructure the financing and charge more for the car while making it look like it's no big deal. Hey, your monthly payment is the same right? Too bad if you look at the deal the total of the money you owe is thousands higher meaning it is harder to pay off the principal of the loan. Total Stealership. More
