Then this time the coolant line was cut and I had to wait 4 days for my car. Then no one went over the paperwork with me. I was handed the paperwork and told wow that's a good bill because it was 0. Duh it should be 0! Also at 8:01 on Saturday morning the doors were still locked and no lights on. It was supposed to be open at 8. More

Hope the new staff at this dealer is better I purchased a preowned vehicle from O'Meara VW in December. It was a terrible experience and is still haunting me. The vehicle was filthy - covered I purchased a preowned vehicle from O'Meara VW in December. It was a terrible experience and is still haunting me. The vehicle was filthy - covered in pet hair ceiling to floor - no exaggeration. The manager said they would detail the car before I took possession of the vehicle and asked to leave the vehicle with them for w days to have the detail done. THAT WAS LIE NO. 1! The vehicle was NEVER DETAILED. It was still coveted in pet hair when I came to pick up the vehicle 2 days later. I paid more than $300 out of pocket to have the vehicle properly detailed. Next, the sales manager offered to return my rental vehicle to Enterprise because the O'Meara Ford location down the street had Enterprise on site and insisted that I leave my rental with them as "it was the least they could do". LIE NO. 2. I was surprised and outraged when Enterprise contacted me weeks later to advise that O'Meara VW did NOT return the rental car as promised until 7 - 10 DAYS AFTER THEY WERE SUPPOSED TO HAVE RETURNED THE RENTAL!! Even worse I was being charged the difference by Enterprise because even though they tried to contact O'Meara VW who truly is responsible for the rental car charges for returning the rental late, no one at O'Meara VW would call them back. In fact this is an ongoing problem thst still has not been resolved. Wait - there's more. When I went to the county office to register and title the vehicle I purchased from O'Meara VW, the county clerk alerted me that paperwork the dealership should have already provided to me was missing. As s result I could not register or title my vehicle until the dealer provided me with the required documents. When I contacted O'Meara with yet another problem I found that 1) for whatever reason I was not given the required documents within the normal slotted time and after contacting them to advise I would pick up the documents that day I then find out THEY LOST THE DOCUMENTS IN THE MAIL!! Because it was an out of state title, nothing could be done to reissue the documents, they had to wait for the original documents to be returned to them and only then could they forward the documents to me. Oh and they also overcharged me for the title and registration fees per the county clerk. As of today - five months later - I still have not been reimbursed for the amount O'Meara VW charged me!!! Do not purchase anything here! Is rather bike than purchase a vehicle from this dealer. They lie and don't honor what they tell customers - and that's saying it nicely. I have many choice words for this dealership - they don't deserve thus review but I'm warning everyone of my nightmare and why they shouldn't step foot on the. showroom of O'Meara VW. More
Infotainment Unit died I bought the vehicle at another dealer last year, but getting a service appointment there is only slightly less arduous than getting in to see the Pop I bought the vehicle at another dealer last year, but getting a service appointment there is only slightly less arduous than getting in to see the Pope. O'Meara helped me out and replaced the unit in about 45 minutes, and they are much closer to my house. Awesome! More

The c At the beginning of last year, there was a manufacturer's problem with the waste gate in my golf tdi. This happened 200 miles south of Denver. The car was towed back to Denver. Though it had 59,000 miles on it, it wasn't covered by the warranty and it cost over $4000 to repair it. Then a faulty fuel pump was installed, so less than a thousand miles later, and after driving from Denver to Tucson, the car stopped again. I parked it as I had to fly out of the country. Upon returning, I had to tow the car 950 miles back to Denver. They did fix the problem with a week of labor with my cost of 200 for a new battery. So, all in all, I feel the original wastegate fix should have been covered under the powertrain warranty, and after all the tow costs I may be due some reimbursement. The guys there are pleasant acting. I gave a semi-good rating because I no longer have an extra $6000 to throw on this car. As of this review there is only 90 miles on the repair, and I have a trip scheduled this week. Let's hope all goes well as it will be over another 1000 miles. Lo More

Came for lease buyout info, left paying more for my car I came to this dealership with a pre-approved loan through my bank in order to buyout my leased vehicle and finance the residual price. All I came in I came to this dealership with a pre-approved loan through my bank in order to buyout my leased vehicle and finance the residual price. All I came in for was a lease buyout package that I could take to my bank and finalize the process. Long story short, I was told by a “Sales Professional” and the finance employee that I would pay the same fees/price for the car whether I went through the dealership or my bank. I asked repeatedly for break downs of the price and asked 3 different people to affirm that the price would be the same regardless of where I went. After the fact, I was informed by my bank and the VW finance website that this would not have been the case. I returned to the dealership and spoke to the finance branch manager who informed me that $700+ was added to the residual of my car for the purpose of “profit.” When I informed him that I was not given this information by 3 different employees and that they “lied” to me about the price being the same, he simply said that they were misinformed, improperly trained, or ignorant to that fact. So according to him, 3 different people in a small dealership were all trained improperly? Doubtful. I was misled into thinking I was saving time by financing through the dealership and was lied to repeatedly just so they could get more money. This dealership is deceitful and after finally getting the correct info from the manager he certainly didn’t seem to care that I was screwed over and didn’t even hint at trying to make the situation better; in any way other than to say a half-hearted sorry. On top of that, I came in months ago for a quote on replacing my side view mirror switch assembly and they quoted me $200 for parts and labor. After declining the work, I came home and found the part for $69 online with free shipping; another 10 minutes was spent looking up a YouTube instructional video on how to change the part and doing the work myself. So they wanted $200 for a $70 part and 10 minutes worth of work. Save your time and money and go to a different dealership; this place doesn’t care about you, your financial situation, or their integrity. More
