After buying the vehicle, the title guy preceded to go on and on how VW Jetta are the most unreliable piece of crap you could buy. If you don't buy his $4000 extended warranty (it had a factory warranty) then it was going to be constant bills for this unreliable car. Absolutely UNPROFESSIONAL. Quite the interesting low end experience. Ended up working with Karen in Sales, she was great. Spoke to the manager briefly as well, and he was very good. More

I knew them before from business and it was such a great day when I got to come in and buy a car here. Justin Chavez, the GM is phenomenal and is the first reason I came here no matter what . He made the process shockingly easy and quick by getting everything ready to go before I even arrived. These people are here to make your life easier! He, Karen, and the people here are truly the anomaly in the auto industry in that they are actually honest and care. This is very obvious the moment you talk to either of them. Karen helped me so much in dealing with my numerous annoying and neurotic questions and she has been doing this for 17 years so I felt completely confident in everything We discussed .
