The service department is really good From the moment I walked in I was treated great. They fixed my brakes, even gave me a loaner when something kept it there 2 more days. Had an appointment with josh. He was not there when I arrived. The cars I wanted to test drive (which I told him about the day before) were not ready to be driven. The truck was gross. Empty water bottles and a Wendy's bad stuffed under the back seat. I was told the car I was trading in would be appraised by the time I got there for my appointment (7pm) and it was not. The lady who was helping us in place of josh had no information about our trade in or the cars we were looking at. When we asked about looking at trucks at omeara ford since it was under the same umbrella she said it's very hard to get a transfer worked out and unlikely. We went to the ford dealership, drove a clean truck, asked Lauren from ford about transferring the car from dealership to dealership and she said it was no problem at all and it wasn't. More
