Jetta's malfunctdioning gas cap. The gas cap on my '04 Jetta was not functioning correctly, would not unlock on a continuous basis. I spoke to Adam about the situation on a Monday an The gas cap on my '04 Jetta was not functioning correctly, would not unlock on a continuous basis. I spoke to Adam about the situation on a Monday and acquired an appointment for the following Friday. Upon retrieving my vehicle, Adam explained the issue at hand. Oh, he also contacted me when I could go for my Jetta and then arranged for a ride for me to obtain it. I appreciate all these little courtesies when I employ any service pertaining to anything I need. Thank you Adam and all the service people, they make my life so much more tolerable. B. Diaz More

Worst buying experience ever. Refused to honor their email Worst buying experience ever. This bunch sent me a true car offer which I countered. This dealership accepted my OUT THE DOOR offer via email but refu Worst buying experience ever. This bunch sent me a true car offer which I countered. This dealership accepted my OUT THE DOOR offer via email but refused to honor it when we arrived with guaranteed funds in hand to complete transaction. All communication was via email and there was no misunderstanding. They said they could only honor the deal if I leased the car which would resulted in a much higher overall cost. I sure don't consider that to be honoring anything. This dealership has no integrity what so ever. I regret saying their dishonesty paid off as I did end up buying. Unfortunately for us they were the only dealer in the area that had the exact car we wanted and I didn't want to start over. We ended up paying almost $1500.00 more than our original accepted offer and $200.00 more than their initial true car offer. Be very careful dealing with these guys. Nothing but smoke and games. More
