Long drive, Volts Wagon‘s fault I live north of Strasburg, I drove an hour and 30 minutes because my side mirrors would not work. Volts Wagon had put in window motors months earlier. I made appointment the a.m. greeting was nice. Found out that the plug was not pushed in all the way after installing window motors. Dropped off my vehicle at 8:45 I was called about 3 PM. I needed shuttle to bring me back to my vehicle. When I saw my car I said you didn’t wash it, Adam service manager said it’s been raining all day. That was not true I had spent the day with my grandson the park and we had lunch on the picnic table. It rained later that afternoon, this is happened before no wash new fluids filled. The visit I’ve had at the Aurora votes wagon on Havana just for a lightbulb change they wash my vehicle and filled my fluids. This service at O’Mara upset me because it wasn’t the first time I think it’s happened three times to me where they don’t have time to wash or fill fluids! I honestly believe when there is no charge on the ticket they do not want to do the other duties. The Volkswagen on Havana in Aurora go out of their way to do things without asking I went in for light change they washed and filled all my fluids. This is the first time I’ve rated oh Mira I should’ve done it before this time. Driving all that way for them to just plug something in having my car half the day and not even taking the time to wash her full fluids. More

Frustrated with oil change We first want to say that Adam is great. He is very knowledgeable and professional to work with. However, we are very frustrated with the service. We first want to say that Adam is great. He is very knowledgeable and professional to work with. However, we are very frustrated with the service. An oil change is what we asked for. After the oil change, we had a leak that caused 2 good size stains in the driveway. At the very least it shouldn't be leaking. On the very extreme, my wife could have been stranded without oil, in the middle of now where. We live 132 miles West of Denver which is over a 2 hour drive. It is very time consuming to have to make that trip twice. Again, if it had been a really bad oil leak, my wife could have been stranded on the side of the road without a cell phone signal. The other thing I noticed was the engine cover was cracked and broke at one of the retention points. I'm not putting blame on anyone, and it could have happened at any time. it would have been nice for the tech to mention it being broke or breaking it. In the past we have had exceptional service, and will of course keep coming to you guys. More

Never again! I waited 4 hours and they didn't even have the part after making an appointment a week in advance. My service was due to a recall! Forgotten Customer I purchased my vehicle the day after the entire staff was let go. I'm sure your leadership will consider me just collateral damage to this momentous t I purchased my vehicle the day after the entire staff was let go. I'm sure your leadership will consider me just collateral damage to this momentous transition period but it still didn't feel good as the customer. No one was there to work with me and speak to the arrangement I worked out the night prior. No one seemed to try and make it right. The new manager treated me as if he was a sleezy used car salesman. I drove away in a dirty car and had to remove the dealer paperwork from my new cars window myself. Your business did not value me in anyway and I think that speaks volumes about your new leadership and their lack of transition. Regardless, I have little faith leadership will care about what I have to say. I will not buy from here again, poor customer service and poor organization overall. More
