Sold me a the Kia Soul, and already having problems with it. I bought the Kia Soul with some reservations. Car Fox said car was fine, damage on rear right door, having problems with rear right tires suspension. I bought the Kia Soul with some reservations. I should've never initialed the Car Fox report based on the Sales Agent explanation, especially since I was the one who brought it to his attention there was damage on the rear right door. I find it hard to believe that he didn't know. Was also told not to tell my insurance about the damage. More

Took my car in to get heater checked I took my Volkswagen passat in to get the heater checked. They charged me 140$ for nothing. I left my car there at 8am and didn't get it until 4 ocklo I took my Volkswagen passat in to get the heater checked. They charged me 140$ for nothing. I left my car there at 8am and didn't get it until 4 ocklock. They failed to inform me that my heater and been tampered with by the previous owner. The Howes from the engine to the dash board can been connected into each other with was causing my car to over heat. I feel like they didn't even pop the hood on my car or anything. More
