Salesman Kenneth Kang was absolutely AMAZING! We sadly had my partner’s Hyundai stolen 3 weeks ago. It was a commuter car, but we had hoped to make it another year before replacing it with someth We sadly had my partner’s Hyundai stolen 3 weeks ago. It was a commuter car, but we had hoped to make it another year before replacing it with something nicer (but also good MPGs and space for his tools), but obviously the car being stolen, and then totaled, forced us to bump up our plans. I had been purchasing Hondas for 16 years from Jim Coleman in Clarksville, and had stayed extremely loyal to them, so they were our first stop. However, they’re now under “new management” and found them to be extremely stereotypical creepy car salesman. They pestered us endlessly, refused to accept what we could afford, keep pressuring us- oh, and “accidentally” kept my license. We believe it was done to force us to return. The next day, we were already exhausted by the car shopping process, but decided to try O’Donnell as we were near by. We were greeted by Kenneth Kang and immediately felt at ease. No pressure, no attempts to keep us there, in fact I was surprised to find out they were due to close at 5pm on Saturdays while we were there that afternoon, and would also be closed on Sunday, giving their team weekend time off. How a business treats their employees really matters to us- and this was such a stark change from Jim Coleman and them begging us to stay after closing at 9pm and promising we’d be done by 12-1am with the “deal,” even after I’d said multiple times that we needed to go pick up our kids and that we’d only come to test drive and potentially apply & nothing more. You’d think after 10+ cars purchased/leased from them over the years I would’ve proven myself as a loyal customer who would return- but nope. O’Donnell clearly values their employees, and clients. Upon meeting with Ken, we explained we’d like to do a few test drives and potentially apply and then leave and allow the rest of the details to be handled while we were away from dealership- again, absolutely zero pressure, and replied he was completely fine with that. Sadly they didn’t have the car we were looking for, which, I’ll admit, was EXTREMELY specific. We left that day feeling bummed, but we were ready to settle for the car we’d test driven, even though it was far from what we’d wanted. Thank goodness we decided to wait until the following weekend before heading back, because within 5 days, Ken found us the exact car we wanted, literally almost to the T. It even has remote start- a MAJOR plus as my partner leaves for work at 3am and in the winter in MD, it’s never fun getting into a freezing car. The car had just been traded in, and he immediately put it aside for us and sent us photos & the details via email. We jumped on it immediately. We were then able to send all documentation the financing department required- proof of income, licenses, insurance verification- the basics. Due to the car’s low mileage (under 30k!) and it being a 2021, it was pushing the budget, but with Labor Day weekend deals + end of the month, Ken was able to get us in the car for just $30 bucks a month over budget. That includes a full warranty + gap coverage! We hadn’t planned to get a warranty, but I’m so glad we did. Best part- my partner had experienced a rough week at work and was feeling very discouraged due to not being able to find the perfect car, as well as the violation of having his car stolen. To say he’s been stressed is an understatement. I told Ken I wanted to surprise my partner and he was ready to go along with my sneaky plan 100%. He had the car ready to go, had all the paperwork done & ready. We were able to show up, surprise my partner with the car (& video his shock & smile!), test drive, sign everything and leave within 20 minutes! Ken & O’Donnell now have a customer for life! I honestly can’t express our appreciation enough. Nor can I recommend him enough! Thank you SO much, Ken! You’re the very best (& my partner is still all smiles 6 hours later!)! More

Car buying experience was seamless and I spent less than 2 hours completing the entire process. Staff was friendly and listened to exactly what I wanted and how I wanted the experience to be. I had an excellent experience purchasing a Honda Civic from O'Donnell. Their team, in particular Shayne Wilson with whom I interacted, was professional, knowledgeable and attentive. They struck a great ba from O'Donnell. Their team, in particular Shayne Wilson with whom I interacted, was professional, knowledgeable and attentive. They struck a great balance between being interested, responsive and available while not being pushy or aggressive. Furthermore, they were always very transparent about the prices and process. I was never surprised by any extra fees or costs, nor was I ever pressured into purchasing any add-ons, features, coverages etc. Shayne also expressed his ongoing interest in my purchase and availability to answer any questions that might arise, which I appreciate.
