My truck was at the dealer for 5 (five) days, called the dealer twice and they did not receive my phone calls. Went to the dealer the next morning. I was told that they had not looked at my truck. I asked Rob Steckley why he did not return my call and he’d told me he never received my messages. At this point in time I do not trust O. C. Welch Ford, this not the first time I have had problems with them. They go through service advisers almost as often as I change my socks, I had a sit down with Mr. Welch to review my problems, wanted to hire me… I had my own company for 38 years and I could read the man and would not want to work for a man that I could deal with his lack of integrity. The only reason I went back to his dealership is that we purchased an extended warranty, almost $4,000.00, which Ford should honor. I will dive elsewhere in the future.
