Service was quick an easy. Leading up to the service was like a root canal. I received over 15 texts and e-mails reminding me the service was coming up. I received several texts and emails telling me my car was ready. What would happen if every time one of their customers received a reminder they called the service manager to re-confirm. The poor guy would simply be a switchboard operator. Have a little respect for your customer’s time! More

Rebecca was great. It’s just trying to get someone that is the problem. Also the time that you have to wait to get an appointment is ridiculous. They sell a lot of cars It’s just trying to get someone that is the problem. Also the time that you have to wait to get an appointment is ridiculous. I had to make an appointment online for an oil change. Not a big deal, but if a business gives a phone number to call, either answer it or call back.
