My truck was at the dealer for 5 (five) days, called the dealer twice and they did not receive my phone calls. Went to the dealer the next morning. I was told that they had not looked at my truck. I asked dealer twice and they did not receive my phone calls. Went to the dealer the next morning. I was told that they had not looked at my truck. I asked Rob Steckley why he did not return my call and he’d told me he never received my messages. At this point in time I do not trust O. C. Welch Ford, this not the first time I have had problems with them. They go through service advisers almost as often as I change my socks, I had a sit down with Mr. Welch to review my problems, wanted to hire me… I had my own company for 38 years and I could read the man and would not want to work for a man that I could deal with his lack of integrity. The only reason I went back to his dealership is that we purchased an extended warranty, almost $4,000.00, which Ford should honor. I will dive elsewhere in the future. Called and left 2 messages to make an appointment w/o response. Finally John Evans called me back after I called a third time. Made appointment with him for pickup with loaner. Great. Then a couple of days before appointment he called and said they only had 2 loaners for all the appointments that day and could I change my date. We just decided to drop the car off. Then of course the car wash was broken. UGH. Lady that helped me was very nice-only second day on job. Love our Navigator but the service department needs a bit of work. More

Terrible service department. Website is not capable of making appointments for anything other than routine preventive service. Call the dealership service department and they never answer and do not return voicemails. What turned out to be a minor repair took 10 days to diagnose and repair and the best part is the dealership had caused the problem with poor service three months prior. They took no responsibility and dragged their feet over ten days….and had the nerve to charge me for diagnostics when they caused the problem. More
