We are traveling and 1500 miles from home when our 22 Ram 2500 started acting up. Lost confidence in the Ram to get us home so we started looking at other brands. The people at OC Welch were so helpful and a 2500 started acting up. Lost confidence in the Ram to get us home so we started looking at other brands. The people at OC Welch were so helpful and accommodating,.even let us take a new truck overnight for a test drive. I couldn't be happier with our new F-350 and the service from OC Welch. Our sales rep Ian was great, as were the rest of the staff! 5 stars!!! More

No matter what you do don't go here. They can't return a single phone call. I have tried 5 times today to get a hold of their warranty department to purchase an extended warranty for my They can't return a single phone call. I called walterboro ford and I received a call back in 20 minutes. Take your business somewhere else. More
