When I arrived for my service appointment it somehow wasn’t in the system. Staff was very friendly though and got me right in still! They still offered to do additional services and got me in and out qu wasn’t in the system. Staff was very friendly though and got me right in still! It was determined an entire exhaust system from the engine manifold on back was needed. Could they have done the work?? Most certainly. What they did do is recommend I take it to a shop that specializes in muffler repair as they could do the work cheaper and most likely had the parts in stock. I love the honesty from the service area and feel they are nothing but trustworthy. One of the many reasons I only take all my cars to O'Brien Hyundai of Normal. Even my non Hyundai vehicles....
