My initial interaction with Trisha was outstanding. She always called back to answer any questions I had prior to my 2-1/2 hour drive to their dealership. On my way there she informed me I would be working with salesman named Jeff. Shortly after speaking with her, Jeff contacted me and informed me he would have the vehicle cleaned and warmed up in the showroom bay. Unfortunately, when I arrived the truck was coved with salt and dirt and snow. I asked how I was supposed to make a reasonable decision on purchasing the vehicle when I couldn’t even see the paint job below the windows. Jeff’s response was do you still want to test drive it? After driving all that distance i said yes. During our drive which initially he wasn’t going to go with me, he said absolutely nothing during the test drive unless I asked a question. To say the least I couldn’t be more disappointed. They knew I was bringing my title for a trade and if the numbers worked out I was taking the vehicle home. I guess if I had a customer driving all that way informing me they were going to buy a vehicle I probably would’ve made sure it looked presentable and talked to the customer. Terrible experience!!! More
