I took my vehicle to VW Gallery e I had an issue with my Touareg sunroof that a different VW dealership was not able to properly diagnose and repair. I took my vehicle to VW Gallery even though it is MUCH further away from several other VW dealers because I have always had excellent customer service with them. They worked hard to diagnose the issue and took care of a loaner vehicle for me for the 2 weeks needed to get my vehicle repaired correctly (delay due to national backorder on needed parts). Yulissa took wonderful care of me, handled the many conversations with my insurance company, and kept me up to speed every step of the way. More
