This was my first experience on my own puchasing a vehicle. I was very neervous even though I had done my research. Charlie and Corey really sat down and worked with me on price and what I could affor vehicle. I was very neervous even though I had done my research. Charlie and Corey really sat down and worked with me on price and what I could afford, I felt really comfortable. I worked during the week and they were able to accommodate my schedule on when I was available to come in and see the vehicle and do all of the paperwork. Joseph was my finance manager he made me feel really at ease, I was worried about my credit as I am young but he got me a great interest rate and I was able to get a great warranty on the vehicle and it was within my price range. Since I moved from New York I had to register and get new plates for Massachusetts, Charlie was great, really patient and got me everything I needed and I was able to take the car home that day. All 3 gentleman I worked with were great, so friendly and made you feel at ease. Buying a car is a big investment and can be a daunting task. This experience definitely gave me a whole new outlook on car dealerships and I hope to work with this dealership in the future. As for now i can enjoy my 2012 Jetta! Thanks again for everything! Was shopping for a used GTI and saw that this dealership had a low mileage car in the color I was looking for. Emailed the dealership and they were very quick to respond and asking for me to come down. When had a low mileage car in the color I was looking for. Emailed the dealership and they were very quick to respond and asking for me to come down. When I entered the dealership, I was greeted by Corey who then brought me over to Nick, the service advisor. Nick was excellent for my needs. We talked about cars in general and not pressurring me into a sale. I told Nick I was ready to buy if they could meet my number. After about 15 minutes of discussion, we agreed on a price if they also addressed the damage to the rear of the car. When signing a Purchase and Sales agreement, they had a SKU sticker on the paperwork and asked what that was. It was a security tag thats placed on the car. OK, till later. The finance rep was professional, talking me through the paperwork and financing. When they pull out the Purchase and Sales, next to the SKU sticker was $250 added to the car! I cannot believe they would pull something so slick. I demanded to have it removed, pretty much making all the paperwork prepared worthless wasting 20 minutes of my time. Signed the correct paperwork, then was escorted out with Nick stating the car will be back from the body shop in 2 days. Pickup the car two days later and its all prepped to go. Until I see the poor body work to the rear of the car, the paint blops in 4 locations with clear coat so it couldn't be corrected by a detailer. I told Nick I was disappointed but he didnt seem to care. Sent in my VW survey and noted the bad body work. 30 minutes later I received a call from Peter saying he was sorry it didnt meet my needs. He asked for me to come in to see the work and arrange getting it addressed. When meeting with him, the promised $125 to cover my "pain and suferring (which I never received). He drop the car off the next day and they give me a loaner vehicle from Enterprise. The next day the car was ready and the job was done right. In all, they did take care of the customer but was put off by the sleezy add-ons (they push car wax that isn't good and can be bought for less) and not getting it right the 1st time. I will be going back to them for service but some trust has been lost by their actions. More

Incredibly frustrating...We purchased a CC lux plus last year. At the time, we were told it was fully equiped with the standard Lux package. We left the lot and realized that there was not a rear-view cam year. At the time, we were told it was fully equiped with the standard Lux package. We left the lot and realized that there was not a rear-view camera installed. When we called, we were told this was related to a shortage of parts because of the tsunami in Japan. We were never told this prior to purchase. Since this time, Corey repeatedly said "he would look into it" and just never calls back. We finally got ahold of the manager (Peter) who said it was not his problem. We are not trying to be unreasonable. We are even willing to pay what they said they deducted for the cost of the camera. But, they are not interested in responding, let alone helping. Clearly, all they care about is the sale. The customer service is HORRIBLE!!! I would not recommend this dealer to anyone. Unfortunately, they have proven themselves to be the dirty, dishonest salesmen that you hope to avoid. And to top it off, VW parent corporation told us that each dealer is independently owned and operated and therefore we have to deal with them to get this sorted. Honestly, don't bother with VW and especially not with this dealer. HORRIBLE!! More
I had a very positive experience! Sebastian and the rest of the personnel could not have been more helpful. All my questions were answered readily. Sebastian went out of his way to fully explain not only of the personnel could not have been more helpful. All my questions were answered readily. I went into the dealership on a Wednesday. The salesperson, Nick, who I dealt with - although very nice, was very inexperienced. After the test drive, negotiation time came and I wasn't completely salesperson, Nick, who I dealt with - although very nice, was very inexperienced. After the test drive, negotiation time came and I wasn't completely satisfied with the price so Nick called in his manager, Corey. Typical car sales guy. Fast talking, over promising, and under delivering. I didn't want to leave a deposit, but he convinced me to, while promising I'll "be driving the car by tomorrow morning." Getting ready to leave, I was told "the general manager wanted to congratulate" me. So I went in to talk to him, and he just wanted to talk about further financing. The GM told me he'd call me in the morning to let me know what the banks said. After getting some alerts that my credit report had been run, I figured I'd be hearing from them in a few hours. Never got a phone call. I had to contact the GM, to find out they needed more paperwork from my end, I went ahead and sent this to them. My salesperson tells me he'll call me at 12:00 the next day to let me know what happened. My hopes of "driving the car by tomorrow" are now a thing of the past. Now Friday, I see that my check deposit has been withdrawn from my account, if anything, I am hopeful that Nick will be calling me with good news. Nick never called, and I decided to swing by on my way home from work. Only to be met by Corey saying they now need to wait until Monday to call me. Monday comes, surprise, no phone call. I contact Corey and he informs me that I did not get approved, which I understand is of no fault of theirs. I thank them for trying and ask to get my deposit back. Corey asks for proof of the check posting to my account and I send him the check image with their stamp on the back. Corey tells me "this doesn't prove the check has been cashed and HE will call me" to let me know when to come in to get the refund because a "check signer wasn't available at this point in the day" (It was 2:00pm on a Monday...) Based on the past failures in communication, I assumed I wouldn't be hearing. So on Tuesday, nearly a week after I got myself into this mess, I go to my bank and ask them for prove that the check cashed, they print my out a check image, and I informed them that the dealer would not accept that as proof. As confused as I was, the banker writes up a legal affidavit and tells me although it will take 10 days, I will get my money back. I stop by the dealership with one last hope that I won't have to go through the affidavit process. Upon arrival, I first bump into the GM, who I show the check image to and he says "This should be fine for proof, but go look for Corey." So I find Corey, who didn't seem to be expecting me. I let me him know that I have the check image and the bank informed that was sufficient proof. He apologizes and says that "he's just following the rules." I tell him that's fine, and show him my copy of the affidavit, and he seems a bit taken away and darts in the GM's office. Where now everyone seems to by traveling in and out of. Within 5 minutes, Corey informed me that the check was being written. The only reason I took the time to write this was to put the word out there, that I believe this happened because I am young and a woman and they believed I wouldn't know what to do and would be able to pull one over on me by keeping the deposit. I sincerely appreciate the help Nick put forth and I hope his ethics don't fall to that of his manager Corey. More
