I recently purchased a VW Tiguan from the VW Gallery. I couldn't be more pleased with the customer/sales services I received. The transaction was made with Corey Robertson and Adam Gagne. I knew the exact vehicle and specifications that I wanted. Even though it was very difficult to find the exact vehicle I wasn't pressured to change my criteria or upgrade in order to easier locate a vehicle as has been the case at other dealerships. Corey wanted to locate the exact vehicle that I wanted and once he located it in NJ it was delivered immediately. Adam has called me a few times since I bought the vehicle to see how I like it and he was extremely helpful in explaining the details of the vehicle as well as making sure I was very pleased with it. Also, Herb, Mike and Ryan were also in contact with me and very helpful. The sales team is wonderful. They really care about customer satisfaction and it never once felt to me that it was a just another transaction to them. The VW Gallery staff is very knowledgable and their level of customer service is exceptional. This was the easiest and most pleasant transacation I've ever made (thank you Corey and Adam). I highly reccommend the VW Gallery and I absolutely love my first VW. I have no doubt I will be a returning customer. More
My husband talked with Mr. Hanna on the phone before hand and he had things in order when we arrived. We were treated in a warm and friendly manner. Mr. Hanna was very concerned with our satisfaction and happiness with the deal. We bought an 08 Jetta, got a good tradein price. I would without reservation recommend VW Gallery. He was very thorough and knowledgable about the car. He explained everything we needed to know about the car. The only negative part of the process was dealing with the business manager. No pressure , no harrasmnet , no garbage , took time to talk and joke with our children , talked about life in general.....Didnt give the typical car salesman bullcrap lines about loosing 4k dollars ona car just to make a sale...Overall the only reason we went back was because Adam the salesman. We laid everything out from the get go and asked Adam to meet our price and payment. He did it 110% what more could You ask for. Thanks so much for everything Adam and best of luck selling cars in the future. We will HIGHLY recommend You. Phil & Dawne More
Have been a VW loyalist for many years...have driven Golfs, Passats and Routans. Went in to lease a Jetta prior to the Memorial Day weekend and after moving south of Boston a couple of years ago, I thou Golfs, Passats and Routans. Went in to lease a Jetta prior to the Memorial Day weekend and after moving south of Boston a couple of years ago, I thought I would give my local VW dealership a try (VW Gallery Norwood). Initial purchasing process was unspectacular, but fine...sales person wasn't overly knowledgeable or dynamic, but given the fact I already knew the car I wanted, it really came down to getting a decent price - which I believe I did. This is where the trouble started. While sitting with the finance manager going through the paper work, I was given a full court press to buy some sort of lease insurance. I kindly declined multiple times, but the manager was to persistent to the point that I was getting a little pissed off. Water under the bridge, no big deal. I then told the sales person and sales manager that I would be going out of town for work the following week and asked if they would be able to get my car registered, etc. before the end of the day because it was the start of the Memorial Day holiday and the registry would be closed on Monday. I was assured that this wouldn't be a problem and I could pick the car up on Saturday. Sure enough I called later that Friday afternoon to make sure everything was ok and they had not even made the attempt to get the car register. I was then told that they would have everything done by 10am the following Tuesday. I am arrive at the dealership on the Tuesday after Memorial Day at 10am and the car is still not registered. Long-story short, the car wasn't ready to take until nearly 1pm that afternoon...I sat for almost 3-hours in the dealership, had to postpone my flight for work and then proceeded to hear multiple dealership personnel pass the buck. I didn't scream and yell, but I made them painfully aware that I was not happy with the service I received and would not ever recommend anyone using VW Gallery. At that point, I was ensured that they would "take care of me" and that they would have the general manager contact me and that they would compensate me for the time lost to the tune of $200. Moving on weeks later...I never received the $200, and I also realized that the $100 deposit I made prior to leasing my car, was never refunded. I contacted the sales manager via email and voicemail, but never received a return message. Finally, I got a hold of someone else and they would ensure the $100 would be added back to my credit card. However, no mention of the "taking care of me," which I really don't care about the money, but am more concerned with the principle of their inept and false customer service. By the way, as I type this today, it has been nearly a week since I spoke to have my $100 deposit refunded...it still has not arrived. In what is essentially a commodity market, that is differentiated by price and customer service, you could certainly do a lot better going elsewhere...my experience at Quirk and North Attleboro have been remarkably more positive, and I should have gone there again this time around. I WOULD NEVER RECOMMEND VW GALLERY AGAIN FOR ANYTHING, OR TO ANYBODY! More

He knows his cars inside and out, clearly enjoys working with his customers, and was quick to respond to questions throughout the process. When it came time to discuss price, there were no games, just a straightforward and quick negotiation. I drove off the lot with a great car at a price I was happy with. Highly recommended. More

These dealerships lure you in with sale prices that seem like a great bargain, then when you actually enter the dealership they confuse you with complicated terms and conditions then they pressure you to act now because the sale will change in a week. However this was not the case with VW Gallery and a Mr. Ehab Hanna, instead Mr. Hanna explained to me how much I would be paying every month depending on what car I decided to choose, the bottom line price. In addition he showed he was passionate about the fleet of VW vehicles at VW Gallery. Mr Hanna was straightforward about the car buying process and answered all of my questions. He made the process of buying my first car a positive experience. I recommend everyone to go to this dealer. More

You know of whom I speak: those slick dressed fast talking, not listening, wheeling and dealing type who practically foam at the mouth when they see their next payday stroll around the lot. Thats what I expected when I pulled into Volkswagon Gallary of Norwoord; what transpired was an entirely different story. We showed up an hour before they opened thinking there was time to peruse the inventory and make sure that this time I got the car I wanted, not the car I was sold into. Mr. Ehab Hanna greeted us warmly and sincerly, where by I quickly informed him that there wasn't a snowball's chance in xxxx I was putting pen to paper and that I just there to get a feel for a VW EOS not to buy one. Two hours later, I felt confident and secure that this was in deed the auto I had long waited for. I tip my hat to Volkswagon Gallary of Norwood, Mr. Hanna and his profesionalism has certainly won my business. More

In addition, there was no pressure to buy; he seemed more concerned with us getting what we wanted. The follow-up service has been equally impressive; Adam has called to check in periodically to make sure all is well. As a result, we feel like we have a good relationship with VW Gallery and can call any time with questions or service needs. Even though it's not close to home for us, we feel the people and service make it well worth the drive. VW Gallery has earned our respect and we would not hesitate to buy another VW from them. More

When we bought the car, he introduced in detail about every function we may use. I really like his friendliness, passion and openness. Though the quality of the vehicle remains the primary reason for my final decision to choose the Tiguan, the quality service and incredibly reasonable price certainly contributed to my decision. Mr. Hanna was helpful and honest throughout the sales process and continues to be helpful as I get to know my new car.
