However this was not the case with VW Gallery and a Mr. Ehab Hanna, instead Mr. Hanna explained to me how much I would be paying every month depending on what car I decided to choose, the bottom line price. We showed up an hour before they opened thinking there was time to peruse the inventory and make sure that this time I got the car I wanted, not the car I was sold into. Hanna not only was thorough in his explanation of the car, its features, etc., but he did it in a way that made me feel completely comfortable with the process without any sales pressure. Pricewise VW Gallery was more than fair -- giving me a price slightly lower than what I expected to pay based on my research. All in all a great experience, but if you want the best experience, go see Hanna he really changed my mind about the experience of buying a car, finally it's fun and fair. More

We had a specific price point that we wanted to meet which Hanna acknowledged and then did his homework to ensure that they would meet it before wasting our time trying to sell us or make us take a test drive before we were both sure that it was worthwhile. We never felt any undue pressure and they never tried to "up-sell" us unlike what we experienced elsewhere. I generally don't like the car buying process but have to admit that this was a good one and will recommend the VW Gallery and Hanna to my friends and family. More

I have bought two different vehicles from other dealerships that contracted without the title. VW Gallery was apologetic but would not contract without the title. I was thrilled because I've been on the other end of the hassle of contracting without the title and having to wait for the title to come in. The title came in just a couple of days later, the dealership took care of the repairs that were needed and got us into our "new to us" Volvo XC90. More
