I was looking for a new 4 door GTI to replace my 2000 2 door GTI. My two growing boys needed the room and I didn't want to give up on GTI's. I called VW Gallery and spoke with Corey by phone. He said he didn't have any Candy White's but was nice enough and invited me down to take a look at my trade and offer a test drive of the GTI's he had in stock. Chris M. helped us when we arrived. He was new but very eager to help. He seemed genuinely surprised that I a) didn't want a test drive as I'd already test driven it elsewhere and that b) I actually fit my six-foot plus frame inside of a GTI. :) We ended up settling on a United Gray 4 door MT with nav/sunroof, however when it came time for delivery a few days later I had a change of heart. I decided that I really wanted a Candy White GTI. Corey understood this and went on a personal quest to find me my car. Calling every contact at every dealer he knew he located the exact GTI I wanted locally. That same night I picked up my car and have been loving it ever since. Chris M quickly took care of registration and getting my inspection sticker. Ehab Hanna handled the paperwork and was respectful of the fact that I didn't want any extended warranty. We feel like we have a good relationship with VW Gallery and can call them any time with questions or service needs. Even though it's not close to home for us we feel the people and service make it well worth the drive. VW Gallery has earned our respect and we wouldn't hesitate to recommend or buy another VW from them. More

Not only are these guys memorable to me but I am to them. I am Kam’s first customer and won’t be his last. He sold me with his personality. I signed 2 closing papers for 1 car. Hanna was the first to deal with me and during the first signing then Michael stepped in to close the deal. These guys are not just car salesmen they make you feel like part of their family. They still owe me dinner after all the numerous trips to the Gallery to close the deal and post deal. But all the trips was worth it. The family is loving the new car and I now have a place to hang out at during boring nights. :) More

After test-driving the Jetta with one of the best and most honest salesman I’ve had the pleasure of meeting, Herb Hollis, I fell in love with the car. I made the awful mistake of visiting the Volkswagen Quirk dealership in Braintree just to see what else was out there. Trust me, after test driving a 2011 Jetta I got the heck out of that Quirk dealership and FAST – it was a sleazy, high-pressure atmosphere and I knew they were trying to take advantage of me. I went straight back to Norwood to re-visit the VW Gallery where I talked with Herb and met the affable Sales Manager Corey Robertson and immediately felt at ease again. Shortly after deciding to go with 2009 pre-owned Jetta I was introduced to the finance manager, Paul Valenti. I really can’t say enough wonderful things about this guy. VW Gallery responded to an e-mail query with a great price on a new Golf TDI. I mentioned this price to another dealer I had been working with and they couldn't come close to matching it. Even though it was very difficult to find the exact vehicle I wasn't pressured to change my criteria or upgrade in order to easier locate a vehicle as has been the case at other dealerships. Corey wanted to locate the exact vehicle that I wanted and once he located it in NJ it was delivered immediately. Adam has called me a few times since I bought the vehicle to see how I like it and he was extremely helpful in explaining the details of the vehicle as well as making sure I was very pleased with it. Also, Herb, Mike and Ryan were also in contact with me and very helpful. The sales team is wonderful. They really care about customer satisfaction and it never once felt to me that it was a just another transaction to them.
