They're definitely the kind of dealership that'll go above and beyond to help out any way they can. Eddie was without a doubt one of the best sales person I've dealt with, he gave me truthful honest advice when it came to a number of issues and wasn't overbearing in the least bit. Peggy who wasn't even involved in the sale, would strike up conversation when I'd be waiting simply to be polite and friendly, not many people now a days will do that. Overall a great place to deal with and I'd definitely go back... even in another snow storm. More
I have been doing business with this dealership for quite some time. The last time i was there I waited a very long time to get my car serviced. After talking with the service manager they wanted to make sure this never happened again and were very nice and professional. After all they could have ignored my complaints. They did everything they could to address the issue the next time I went back. In general I am very pleased with their service and would definitely recommend them. More
I called interested about a used GMC Acadia Sunday morning. Spoke to Josh with internet sales. Was told car was available and how long they were open until. I told them I would take a look at it on Mo morning. Spoke to Josh with internet sales. Was told car was available and how long they were open until. I told them I would take a look at it on Monday afternoon. Sounded good I was called the next morning Josh wanted to make sure I was coming and have the car ready for me. I said I will be by in the afternoon sometime. About an hour later I was called by Jon his manager asking if I was still interested. I said yes I just talked to josh an hour ago he apologizes and says see you soon. I spend a couple hours cleaning my trade in and talking to my mechanic to pick his brain and ask if I can bring it by for him to look it over. I get to the dealership at 2pm another salesman Emanuel takes my info and copies my license says he will pull it right up. I wait 5 minutes he has keys to a different Acadia in his hand and tells me that someone had put a deposit on the car I was interested in. I am angered while taking my frustration out on Emanuel another salesman interjects that a deposit was put on the car Sunday night and the financing for the deal was done an hour before I arrived. These jerks were so eager to get me down on Monday morning not knowing that had a deposit on Sunday night? I asked are you sure it's a done deal and not just a deposit? He says the car is being cleaned out back right now. Thanks for wasting my Monday. And I thought it was weird that the Internet price dropped 500 bucks overnight. I chew out the manager Jon knowing he can't do anything for me he takes my name and number and doesn't call back. I speak to Josh an hour later he apologizes I vent all my frustrations on him and I really don't think it was his fault. You figure it out just bad communication between buildings or are they jerking me around trying to sell me a different car. Either way they wasted my time and I will never do business with VW Gallery or any of the 4 or 5 other dealerships associated with them. Expletive deleted More

I came into the dealership for a non-VW used car that was advertised on the internet. I was pleasantly surprised when I received the same level of attention that any new VW customer would have received at t advertised on the internet. Working with Sebastian Mavrides at the VW Gallery was a pleasure. He quickly established a wonderful rapport with me and was very helpful and accommodating through the entire sales process. I would recommend the VW Gallery, and Sebastian, to anyone looking to buy a new or used vehicle. I dropped off my car to resolve a check engine light being on. The team was able to diagnose the problem and then went above and beyond to provide excellent service. I was greeted by Jack Gallagher who was friendly and best of all, not pushy. He showed me the cars I was interested in and quickly got me into a car that was what I was looking for at the price I was looking for. It was probably the easiest large purchase I have made in my life. Jack and the staff at Gallery were easy to deal with and I would definitely recommend them. More
I stopped by this dealer with a friend, which happened to be here about a little over a week ago. We were greeted by Chris Menezes, same guy that worked with my friend. I was looking into the 2012 Tiguan, be here about a little over a week ago. We were greeted by Chris Menezes, same guy that worked with my friend. I was looking into the 2012 Tiguan, which he said they don't have any left. He offered me the 2013 with the base model for 26k. My friend said "What? I was here a week ago, looking into the same model, and you told me $24k". He replied that was a week ago. I told him I had an offer at the other dealer for a 4 motion with only 25k. He called me a liar, and asked for the name of the dealer and sale person. I gave him the business card, and told him put in on speaker if you gonna call. He said he doesn't know how to work his fone. He has to go to other office to make the call. My friend and I decided to walk out. As we passing by Peter, the General Manager, he called us in. Peter asked what would be the right number? He started from 26k and lower down to 22k. I asked him is that a real number or just a made up number just to keep the conversation going. Peter replied "Ofcourse, I am the GM. Think about it and call me". Peter gave me his business card. The next day morming one of the Customer Relationship personnel called me, and asked me to come in for my car appraisal. I confirmed if the number 22k is realistic. He answered "if Peter said it, then yes". Three minutes later, Chris called and said the same. I showed up. Chris walked me into Peter's office. Peter asked "Did you think about it?" I replied "Yes, that's why I am here". He asked which number did I chose? I said 22k. Amazing..Peter gave a cold face, and said "I didn't call you, and you didn't talk to me. There is noway I can do 22k". I turned around, and walked out the door without saying another word. A saleman can try to make profit as much as he could. But General Manager, teamed up with his team to played trick on me. Made me come in, and said something like that. This dealer, and this GM really show his true color. Even I am a business person, but I do know Peter is not deserve to be GM. More
This was my first experience on my own puchasing a vehicle. I was very neervous even though I had done my research. Charlie and Corey really sat down and worked with me on price and what I could affor vehicle. I was very neervous even though I had done my research. I worked during the week and they were able to accommodate my schedule on when I was available to come in and see the vehicle and do all of the paperwork. Joseph was my finance manager he made me feel really at ease, I was worried about my credit as I am young but he got me a great interest rate and I was able to get a great warranty on the vehicle and it was within my price range. Since I moved from New York I had to register and get new plates for Massachusetts, Charlie was great, really patient and got me everything I needed and I was able to take the car home that day. All 3 gentleman I worked with were great, so friendly and made you feel at ease. Buying a car is a big investment and can be a daunting task. This experience definitely gave me a whole new outlook on car dealerships and I hope to work with this dealership in the future. As for now i can enjoy my 2012 Jetta! Thanks again for everything! Was shopping for a used GTI and saw that this dealership had a low mileage car in the color I was looking for. Emailed the dealership and they were very quick to respond and asking for me to come down. When had a low mileage car in the color I was looking for. Emailed the dealership and they were very quick to respond and asking for me to come down. When I entered the dealership, I was greeted by Corey who then brought me over to Nick, the service advisor. Nick was excellent for my needs. We talked about cars in general and not pressurring me into a sale. I told Nick I was ready to buy if they could meet my number. After about 15 minutes of discussion, we agreed on a price if they also addressed the damage to the rear of the car. When signing a Purchase and Sales agreement, they had a SKU sticker on the paperwork and asked what that was. It was a security tag thats placed on the car. OK, till later. The finance rep was professional, talking me through the paperwork and financing. When they pull out the Purchase and Sales, next to the SKU sticker was $250 added to the car! I cannot believe they would pull something so slick. I demanded to have it removed, pretty much making all the paperwork prepared worthless wasting 20 minutes of my time. Signed the correct paperwork,then was escorted out with Nick stating the car will be back from the body shop in 2 days. Pickup the car two days later and its all prepped to go. Until I see the poor body work to the rear of the car, the paint blops in 4 locations with clear coat so it couldn't be corrected by a detailer. I told Nick I was disappointed but he didnt seem to care. Sent in my VW survey and noted the bad body work. 30 minutes later I received a call from Peter saying he was sorry it didnt meet my needs. He asked for me to come in to see the work and arrange getting it addressed. When meeting with him, the promised $125 to cover my "pain and suferring (which I never received). He drop the car off the next day and they give me a loaner vehicle from Enterprise. The next day the car was ready and the job was done right. In all, they did take care of the customer but was put off by the sleezy add-ons (they push car wax that isn't good and can be bought for less) and not getting it right the 1st time. I will be going back to them for service but some trust has been lost by their actions. More
