I worked with Sami EL-Houchaimi and he had the car I wanted to test drive all ready to go when I showed up for the test drive. I did not need to test drive any other cars nor shop around at other dealers. I would highly recommend this dealership! More

He was able to give me meaningful information about the cars and treated me well. Because I had done research online the narrowing process was pretty easy. I was able to find a car for a good price with even more amenities than I wanted. I was satisfied with the price of the car and worked with Paul Valenti to come up with a financing plan that I could afford. Paul was flexible and understanding. Once it was clear that I was going to leave with a car Eddie cleared out my old car and transferred all of my items to my new car and cleaned out my floor mats! I have a little bit more paperwork to complete this week but I expect that to go smoothly. I am really pleased with my experience at the gallery and plan to go back for service. More
Please more balloons, they make me want to buy a car Found the car I was looking for on Autotrader.com and walked into the dealership on Saturday, they didn't have the car that they were advertising on t Found the car I was looking for on Autotrader.com and walked into the dealership on Saturday, they didn't have the car that they were advertising on the internet, instead they had one with 97k miles, which the sales person Eddie, argued with me was like buying a new car. I said that at 97k the repairs would be endless since it was approaching 100k in less then a year. When I said no to that car he moved on to trying to sell me a new car that was out of my price range and out of my month payment budget. I told him I could put 5-6k down and wanted my payment to be under 300, after several minutes of him going in and out of two different offices he came back with an offer of 7k down (1k more then I had said) and a payment over 300 a month (again more then what I had asked for) I told him all of this was out of my price range and if he got something in that was in my budget to give me a call. Instead of leaving it like that he continued to ask me WHY WHY WHY WHY WHY, I didn't want to make this deal it was a new car and that I would never find anything this good again. ( I found one 10k cheaper down the street) after several minutes of this back and forth I had to stand up to end the conversation and walk out. I would never recommend anyone go to this dealership again!!!! More
Hands down best car buying experience I worked with client adviser Ed Addeche and, Finance Manager Paul Valenti when I bought my certified pre-own VW Tiguan. After my horrible experience b I worked with client adviser Ed Addeche and, Finance Manager Paul Valenti when I bought my certified pre-own VW Tiguan. After my horrible experience buying my first car from Ford two years ago, I was extremely un-easy about car shopping again. VW Gallery in Norwood was a breath of fresh air. Ed spoke to me with respect, and concern about my needs as a customer. He went above and beyond to make sure I was satisfied with my purchase. I couldn't have asked for a better car sales man, and not many people can say that. He was not pushy, or cheap, instead he was extremely professional and demonstrated what car shipping is all about. The customer. Paul Valenti also went above and beyond his call of duty. When helping me finance he gave me multiple options and went out of his way to find the BEST plan for my budget. His kindness, and knowledge made me feel at ease, and HAPPY to be buying a car, like one should feel when purchasing. I also got the pleasure to meet with the GM, Jack Dafonseca, who like Ed, and Paul was humble, and kind. Just an all around a down to earth kind of guy. If you are looking or even thinking about purchasing a VW, these guys are the ones to work with. I will make the trip to Norwood anytime I need assistance on my VW because they have my trust. More
Good luck with your warranty/repairs Everything was fantastic until coming in for maintenance. Absolutely horrific. Grease stains on interior @ 30k. failed to even service car @ 20k (they actually drove it into shop, brought it out 40 mins later with no sticker and service engine on), a week later the cv joint had an issue due to no lubricant applying because of shotty quick work. We didn't report, thinking to take.a higher road. Not over yet.....@38k (2k over the warranty) they refuse to goodwill any parts for the exhaust flap that sticks from salty roads. Made my wife cry on the phone dealing with their service manager. Definitely don't recommend. More

I was looking for a specific used car which is 2012 Tiguan S 4Motion when I was in the market. I started my research with Autotrader at the beginning of February, and I focused on 2 cars when I done my Tiguan S 4Motion when I was in the market. I started my research with Autotrader at the beginning of February, and I focused on 2 cars when I done my research by February 10. These 2 cars are owned by 2 dealerships. One is gray owned by Volkswagon Gallery and another is black owned by Boston Volkswagon. Although I finished my research and I aimed the cars which I want to learn more for details, I don't have anytime to contact the dealer for a stop by and test drive since I have lots of labs to do everyday, even the weekends I have to stay at the lab. 3 weeks later, the spring break is here. This is a good timing for me to buy a car I think. While I was crazy working on my labs, I check the status of the 2 cars everyday. They are both still listed on AutoTrader. So I contact both of 2 dealers after I came back from a trip to New York. In the morning of March 7, 2014, I emailed both dealers, (I prefer email due to my not very good spoken english ), and the Boston Volkswagon replied my email first. I was told that the black 2012 Tiguan had been sold half a month ago, their internet sales team forgot to delete the ad. 5 minutes later, a call form Boston VW asked me if I was interested in any other models they have in stock. I told them no and thank you. Almost 3 hours later, I got a phone call from VW Gallery while I was eating lunch. A guy named Josh told me that he was the Internet Sales Manager of VW Gallery, he told me that the Gray 2012 Tiguan S 4Motion is still available and also he confined the price with me to make sure we were talking about the same car. He asked me if I would like to take a test drive in the afternoon of the next day. I responded that I will go to their dealership right away and I told him I live at 20 miles away from their dealership and wound be arrive on 2. He replied see you soon. After I hang up the call, I logged on my Zipcar account immediately and found out that there were no zipcars available around my place. So I called my friend for help and he said yes. 15 minutes later, after I got in the car of my friend, he asked me the address of the dealership. So I open the application AutoTrader in my cell phone, and I found the address from the gray Tiguan's dealer information. When we arrived the dealership it was just about to 2 o'clock. After I stepped in, I told the one who greeting us that I was looking for Josh. Then Josh came out from his office and introduced me a guy named Eddie Addeche whose business card says he works as a Client Advisor. Then Eddie guided us to his office and asked me the stock number of the car on AutoTrader. Then he left his office and told me he would be right back. I opened the AutoTrader application in my cell phone, HOWEVER, I found the information of the gray Tiguan in My AutoTrader was BLANK. It is so weird I thought, I used it 1 hour ago for obtaining the address of the dealership, how it can be blank 1 hour later? After Eddie came back, I told him that I cannot find the stock number because the ad of the car was disappeared. HE THEN TOLD ME THAT HE SOLD THE CAR A WEEK AGO. I was like, "What?". I was shocked and did not know how to respond this kind of situation. Then, Eddie said "however we still have other 4 Tiguans outside in the parking lot, they are the same as the gray one, let me show you". Then he guided us outside and I saw the 4 DIFFERENT Tiguans. They are all 2011 models. Everyone who likes Tiguan should know that the appearance of 2011 models are totally different from 2012 models. VW has redesigned the appearance for 2012 models. So I simply told Eddie that these cars are different from the gray one. But, Eddie said, "What is different, they are the same, just the colors are different". I was like,"are you serious?" Even a 5 years old child can see the difference. So I told him I DO NOT LIKE THESE CARS. I asked him should I deserve a explanation from someone? Then he told me to wait him a few minutes in his office. And I saw him went to Josh's office. Almost 10 minutes later, he came back his office with another guy named Jon, he told me he was the Sales Manager. First, Jon apologized and told me it was a miscommunication between the internet sales and the in store sales. And then Jon asked me if I was interested in the 4 Tiguans which are 2011 models outside. I told him that I only consider the 2012 model with newer appearance design. And he told then he got nothing can do for me. I said it was fine. Suddenly, Eddie asked me "WILL YOU BE INTERESTED IN THE 4 CARS WITH HALF PRICES?" Certainly, I was shocked again by this guy. I replied him "if you can give me a offer with half price, I will buy all of those cars even I do not like them. Can you make a offer like you said?" Eddie did not say anything. Then I asked the Sales Manager Jon, "Could you offer me a discount like Eddie said?". Jon said of course he cannot. Then I asked "So people who work at here can say anything they want without take the responsibility?" He smiled. I then said I am done with you guys and left this wired dealership with my friend. What you guys will think about a dealership if the sales man acting like the lovely Eddie? I have not ever seen any sales person like this, even in China. Thanks for reading. (ps: I noticed that there was another review was complaining the same problem I ran into. Check it out if you really have to do business with this dealership.) More
