I was told via the mechanic that my car (2019 VW Jetta) was running normal when compared to other 2019 Jetta's ... my issue was not resolved and continues. This is the fourth Jetta I have had .. I absolutely love the car but the performance of this last Jetta is lacking greatly when compared to my previous jetta's .... I was also promised a remote starter which never happened ... so disappointments all around this time . Please NOTE!! Yulissa Godoy : is the best customer service agent I have talk with and one of the main reasons I keep returning to VW Jamahl Lewis: is brilliant in his explanation on what car spec's can do and goes above and beyond to help you. Mr. Lewis: My apologies I forgotten his first name... although he help me tremendously navigate through the sea of financials I still feel hard done by as I paid so much up front and not receive what I asked for... I was promised a remote starter and that I would receive it by October of 2018... this is now November 2018... If you check your records you can see I'm a returning customer of many years, I believe additional loyalty benefits should be given to returning customers such as myself and these benefits should be standard. More
