Yulissa has always been welcoming and a pleasure to work with in the service department. I work a few hundred feet from Quirk VW but will drive out of my way to go to VW Gallery. Recently, I had the pleasure of working with Scotty Santos when buying my 4th VW. He approached me when I was on the lot (which does not happen often amongst Route 1 car dealerships). He was great to work with and did everything he could to get me in my 2018 Tiguan and on my way in time for my next appointment. Same day! I love VW Gallery, they're the best! More

Dissapointed I’m actually disappointed. I purchased a 2015 Jettta in February. It had 33k mikes on it. It now has 42k. I put . Less thank 10k mikes on it. I had to I’m actually disappointed. I don’t do a lot of driving. Im not sure why I need this work already. I asked the sales person to check the breaks before he sold me the car because they felt funny. I purchased the car from the dealer so I wouldn’t have these issues. I’m really disappointed. I expected more. I didnt think I’d be sold a car with these issues More
