Not buying a pig in a poke. Brought the car there to get a sticker and a ECU upgrade and inquired about 60k service. No one was able to tell me what a 60000 mile Service comprise Brought the car there to get a sticker and a ECU upgrade and inquired about 60k service. No one was able to tell me what a 60000 mile Service comprises. What I learned is that the oil change is extra and change of brake fluid was recommended (also extra). Pretty much everything extra that should be included in a 60k service. So I still don't know what they would charge more that $500 for. Also recommended new tires which still have 15000 miles in them. All together exceeding $1000. To top it off, it turns out the dealership had just been acquired by someone else and the "sticker machine" wasn't printing stickers because the new owner was not registered at the time. Brought the car to Don and Wally's - highly recommended by my colleagues - and I agree. More

Reasonable price. when it's done I was explained the result and concern/suggestion from the technician. Well, process is similar as with other VW dealers but feel it is more smooth and natural here. One interesting highlight is that they also send me a short video for the inspection/service of my car. After service my best average consumption climbed from 30 to 35 MPG. More
Went in for Service to a having to buy a vehicle I set up service to be performed on my 2010 Jetta with asking for everything to be looked at and to call me back with a price/ issues. Sam the Service consult had called me back and was so extremely nice, caring and understand of the matter. When the news was very shocking that that car had a lot of issues and the expense to get fix it was almost not worth it. Sam was extremely friendly and understanding with what was going thru my mind and was speaking to me as a friend and did not pressure me into anything and even made me laugh while a lot was going thru my head. After everything I had asked Sam to reach out to a sale rep to see what my car would be worth if I was to trade it in while I called a few people. While waiting I received a text that a sale rep would be reaching out to me. Within minute I had received a call from Tony who would inform me what my car is worth and asked me what I wanted to do. I made the decision that it was best and safer for me to look into a vehicle. I had asked Tony to look into what was available to me with a certain price; style and drive that I would be there at 430 after work. When I got there was a car ready and Tony was there right away to assist. We sat down went over numbers when Nelson came over to assist with some things and to help me in every way with pricing and getting the best vehicle and also confirming that I did not go over my budget. Tony then confirmed everything bought me to the other vehicles that we all had discussed , showing my all the little details which I really loved as sometimes those are over looked upon purchasing . Upon deciding on my car I sat down with Rob who was making the “worst” part of buying a car(the Financial part) the best part. The system was down and there where issue regarding other warranty matters, where Rob was very Friendly and accurately informed me of everything. I arrived to the dealership at 430 PM and was home by 7PM that night with my new vehicle. The way they had make a much unexpected purchase an amazing experience I am extremely grateful. I had to arrive back to the dealership the next day to get my registration and was greeted all around from everyone. I would 10000% recommend buying a vehicle from them! More
