Play with the monthly payment first high then affordable even though the rate they are using is double what my credit union offers.lie right to your face. I was told they would take care of the state inspection and register the car. They charged me the $ 35.00 did not do the inspection so I had to do it myself now I’m out $ 70.00. I bought the car on Tuesday and made arrangements to take delivery on Saturday. When we picked up the car it hade over 115 miles put on it , and the front wheel trim was damaged. Tom told me he was not interested in repairing my car because it would cost $ 800.00 . YOU DAMAGED MY CAR. After a week of no response I opened a complaint with VW . I felt corporate should know how there product is being represented. More

Excellent Service all around I initially worked with Jamahl when I originally leased my Tiguan, and he was very helpful to me. I came back 1 day ago and Jamahl was still there wit I initially worked with Jamahl when I originally leased my Tiguan, and he was very helpful to me. I came back 1 day ago and Jamahl was still there with a smile on his face for me and he actually remembered me, from the last time. My experience this time was bitter sweet, because I had by brother-in-law with me then, but now I was by myself and Jamahl and Nelson were very patience and very understanding with me in regards to what I wanted to do with my leasing. Jamahl was very understanding in knowing that I was very nervous and explained all my options to me. Nelson also told me that he would see to it that they took care of me.
