Terrible experience on all fronts. Brought in my car for a very simple job, advisor barely communicated with me through the whole process. A couple hour job turned into them having my vehicle for an entire week. The cherry on top is they don’t provide ANY form of alternative transportation or even offer to help find some. Inquired about a loaner vehicle three times, advisor did not answer any time. Upon receiving my car, the technician left used rags in the cupholders. Just a horribly run dealership. Will NOT be returning. More
