Had my car for a full week. Told me it was the flange which i agreed to have them fix. Ended up the water pump then broke. NOBODY called to tell me what was going on. Friday afternoon at 4:20 (after calling & leaving a message at 3:30) when I called back nobody there knew what was going on with my car. The manager & the guy helping me from the beginning were all gone for the weekend some through Tuesday! I got a rental car and when they called to tell me it was ready on Tuesday morning they told me the price!!!! I asked for a discount they gave $250 & the guy told me it was close to $1000 off. LIE!! Terrible service, terrible communication! More

Nucar VW gave us a great experience with my wife new Tiguan a few months ago and I decided to see what you could do for me and my 2023 Atlas. Overall the experience was positive aside from the frustrati Tiguan a few months ago and I decided to see what you could do for me and my 2023 Atlas. Overall the experience was positive aside from the frustrations that incurred during the negotiations process and the detailing of the vehicle upon delivery. On the day I signed papers the new Atlas was shown to me and I expressed concern because the exterior was clearly not maintained and was exposed to the elements and was going to require significant effort to get it to showroom condition. I was assured by my sales rep that they would take care of it. When I picked up my new vehicle it looked pretty decent but there were crevices where salt and dirt had deposited. Upon closer inspection when I got the vehicle home there were scratches in the finish as well as swirling on the vehicle hood. When I addressed this with Nucar the response I got was that a lot of cars come that way from the factory and there’s not much they can do about it. More

This is not the typical dealership Experience, Matt is top shelf ! Jay Is also a fantastic guy, willing to go the extra mile for his customers. Just a great experience all the way around. I can’t Think of anything I wanted or needed that they didn’t come through on.
