Finally I decided to change manufacturers and go with a Toyota RAV4. I came to Boch because I had witnessed how great they were when my boyfriend purchased a Tacoma from them a couple years ago. I can’t stress how great Kenny and his manager Lateef were. They did everything they could to get me in Rav4 after I fell in love with it. Thanks to them, I am happier than I thought I could be! Stopped in, unannounced..... Mo made it happen. Walked in unannounced, totally from out of the blue, met with Mo... and the rest is history.... I'm now driving a 2019 Tundra... my 4th Tundra... my 6 Walked in unannounced, totally from out of the blue, met with Mo... and the rest is history.... Additionally I'd met with Ed, Susan and Clayton... but wanted to also mention that over my 12 year history in Toyotas... I wanted to salute the entire service team, from the Reps that met me when I brought my vehicles in for service.... to the most incredible team of Service Professionals working in the Service Bays, tending to the myriad of service requirements they encounter daily...
