My warning lights for check engine and AWD came on unexpectedly. I was able to get an emergency appointment the day I called even though it was a busy July 4th weekend since I needed service quickly since my vehicle was not safe to drive. My service advisor was able to provide me with a rental immediately since I needed transportation quickly for a family member to arrive on time for a new job. My service advisor called me twice to notify me of progress diagnosing the problem and later in the day updating me on the solution for the repair. My vehicle was repaired at a reasonable price and ready to be picked up later that evening. I was pleased the service dept worked as quickly as possible so I could feel safe again in my vehicle. I was very happy that the person setting appointments was able to squeeze my car into the schedule. Everyone did their job with the goal of getting me back safely back on the road as we quickly as possible. More

This single experience was different. I was just getting four tires replaced and needed it done on a Sunday (town fair was closed). The process was straight forward and they didn't pressure me or try to upsell. When all was said and done, I paid $20 more than I would have paid at town fair and feel the quality of work was likely better... Will visit again to see if it was a fluke.... More

I went in after doing research and already had numbers and the car I wanted in mind. We had to negotiate to get the price in the range that I wanted but it worked out. All of the employees I encountered were very friendly and it made my time there an even better experience. The finance part took over two hours, when I went there at 6:30, I wasn't expecting to get out just before 10:00 p.m. I had my 9 year old son with me. At one point as the finance manager was trying to sell me more and more, I asked if we could complete the paperwork the next day, but was denied, saying it had to be done that night. I've bought a half a dozen new cars in the last 20 years and this is the first time anyone ever told me that. In fact in about half, I've come back the next day to sign the paperwork. That was my biggest complaint. The sales rep, Tom Clement was great and he was stuck there after closing until I was done too without complaint. More
