Service Adviser was excellent! Ryan answered all my questions fully and directly, He handled the changing the name on the warranty. He explained how recalls are handled thru the Registry of Motor Vehicles. He advised me about the number of free maintenance service for my recently purchased 2018 Toyota Corolla. Ryan suggested doing a maintenance service now as one was due. He advised when the next maintenance service should take place and scheduled the appointment for March 2020. I left Toyota South feeling I just had an excellent car experience. More

Was pretty good- room for improvement The whole experience was ok- there were a few people I interacted with which made it GREAT then there was a few things that left me feeling not so hap The whole experience was ok- there were a few people I interacted with which made it GREAT then there was a few things that left me feeling not so happy, bought the car with a 1/2 tank of gas, car was not cleaned, a couple missing parts- side mirror is missing a piece, no floor mats no Manuel and a big dent in the side that no one seemed to see!! Just some things that basic customer courtesy should take care of? Things like that that I should t have to bring up. When I buy a car for that much money I feel like it should come with certain things and it just didn’t happen. More
