It was good but.. So there was a mix up with my Vin number. I have a Toyota Venza and I dropped my vehicle off in the morning without scheduling an appointment. I do not remember the gentleman’s name who helped me; but he was nice. I told him to take his time and he called me back and informed me about a bulb that was out. I had Toyota replace that. When it was time to pick up my vehicle, there was a mix up with some paperwork. It was concerning because I wasn’t sure where I went wrong with leaving my information. Apparently the VIN of a Toyota Camry matched my VIN and was off by 1 letter. Rare case, but still, attention to detail was lacking in this area. Something to consider if Toyota is requesting reviews. Absolutely the best!! I have come back to Boch because this is where we purchased the car nine years ago. It had a couple of minor recalls that needed to be taken care of along with an overdue service and detailing. When they were finished and brought the car back to me, I just could not believe my eyes! Not only did it look like a brand new car, but my service client advisor, Steve Kailher, spent so much time with me explaining all that was done inside the car and the “how to’s”. I never felt rushed and I felt like I have not only made a friend in Steve at Boch Toyota South, but it makes me want to come back HERE, for the incredible and honest service that I received!
