Tje service manger Howie was rude to me. Your company tried to hide things from me but I know this business. They threw a spare tire in the car for a test drive that wasn’t even the right tire. I had to tried to hide things from me but I know this business. They threw a spare tire in the car for a test drive that wasn’t even the right tire. I had to fight to get a spare tire from them. They went through the junkyard and gave me my spare tire and jack. Also I had a blown speaker in my front side drivers door. The service manager was so rude he said that he would take the car back if I had any more problems. I would never ever talk to somebody like that. I’m so disappointed and I will never ever go to your dealership ever again. There were so my lies. Had to pay for a second opinion. I will tell More
Dealership is a joke I bought a car from Boch Toyota in North Attleboro on a Saturday. In beginning I felt very comfortable with my sales person Jose Rosario. I was told b I bought a car from Boch Toyota in North Attleboro on a Saturday. In beginning I felt very comfortable with my sales person Jose Rosario. I was told by him that they could do the plates and the inspection at the dealership. I was excited that my car would be ready for Monday. I decided to call Jose Rosario at noon time on Monday to followed up about my car. He sounded very promising that the car was going to be done on Monday. We played phone tag all day. Than we we talked I was told the car would not be ready on Monday. I explained to him that the paperwork was done. The vehicle needed a license plate and inspection sticker. Later that night around 5 my boyfriend talk to howie the service manager and was told it has a blown light and the spare tire was not the correct one for the car? Nobody called me all day to tell me there were problems with my new car. When we went for a test drive on Saturday there was a full size spare in the back. I was very excited about not having a donut tire. Why would someone put a spare in the car, that didn’t fit on the car??? They were trying to hide the fact that there was not a correct spare tire. Again another lie. I’ve been working in this field for over 15 years. I was a service advisor for pep boy in Raynham MA. I known a lot about cars. I also did auto body. So I know they didn’t do what I asked. The alignment was bad and I asked them to check it. They never Inspected the car at all, and when I showed interest they just put a wrong tire in the back to show there was a spare. Unreal When I finally calmed down. I Picked up my car and inspected it on Tuesday. I turned on the radio to find It had a blown speaker on the drivers side. We were told to bring it into service, the man looked at the speaker, he said yes he saw that it was broken. Unreal why would you be so slimy to hide that from the buyer. Again I was upset. Howie the service manager was arguing with my boyfriend over all of this. Not once did they offer any help except he will Order the parts I needed. They needed to order the correct spare tire and jack. The service manager Howie was rude and told me he would gladly take the car back no problem. Nice customer service. After all the lies I was In raged with Boch Toyota South. I have never been treated so badly in my life. I would never talk to someone the way the service manager Howie talk to us. I called Howie on Monday and he never called me back. So I called there parts and service department they told me my parts were in so I made a appointment to have the work done. Howie never got back to me. I was driving to my appointment with boch and I got a call from Howie that my parts were in. I brought the car back to them so they could put a speaker in. When my car was ready I checked the spare tire they got. I was shocked to find out they gave me a donut spare. It was dirty and I know they got it from a junk yard. I know this because the auto body shop I worked at, we would help save money for our customers, by going to the junk yard for things we needed. there was a full size tire in there for the test drive. Very sneaky of them to try to pull the wool over my eyes. I left and drove away. Do not waste your time. They lie to there customers. Worst experience of my life. Don’t even want the car I bought cause who knows what else they are hiding from me. I immediately made an appointment for my new car to go into another garage to be looked at. Because I did not trust them at all. It cost me around 89.00. The alignment was never done. The steering wheel was off as well as the alignment. I will never go there again for anything. More

Terrible experience Completely substandard experience. Salesman Ahmed spent most of his time during the test drive testing on his phone, then on exiting the vehicle mentioned there were no floor mats for it. Too cheap to throw in mats on a $36K truck! Really, this is how you do business? Then it turned out another option in the online listing wasn't actually present. Oh, they aren't responsible for the fine print. Really? Someone else writes the listings?? Then the manager came over with the lame excuse that "we sell a lot of cars" and "there's a disclaimer saying the listings might not be accurate." Wow. So I guess they could list any option they wanted and deny it later. So I mentioned they could easily add that option and I was ready to buy depending on the deal we could work out. The guy almost had a stroke. "We don't negotiate on pre-owned vehicles." Really? Guess car dealerships have changed. Anyway, they lost what should have been an easy sale. Never even asked if I had a trade-in. They clearly pegged me as "just a woman" who wouldn't be seriously buying a truck. Their mistake. I would have paid cash, right then and there. Fools. More
