I am disappointed that it took so long. The sales dept called me after the first 3 hours and told me the truck was just sitting there. It was an okay experience. Ahmed was our sales person and would rate him 4 out of 5, he did his best. Francis, the finance person, I would rate 2 out of 5. Was that not looked at prior to releasing the vehicle? I had to stop Ahmed before he walked back in to tell him before I drove the car home. He ended up filling up our tires. Not his fault but I would expect that to be caught before a customer is sold a vehicle. When I first walked in, I went to the first available counter (due to COVID) and said I had an appointment to test drive. I was told I was at the wrong counter and had to go somewhere else. My appointment was also for 9am but didn’t meet the sales person until around 9:30. More
