On my previous visit to Boch Toyota South, I spent over $2,000 on service. Recently Toyota sent me a card saying I needed to have recall work done. My experience was a complete waste of my time and resources, and it could have been avoided if anyone at Boch had taken the time to pull up my vehicle on the computer and check to see what had already been done to it. All my service rep could say was “I know. I know.” And when he asked the manager to throw me a bone, maybe a coupon for an oil change, the answer was “no.” I will not return to Boch Toyota. More
