I had to leave for an appt and wanted to come back a couple of hours later to get pricing information. Can you guess, it wasn't done. So I got to play the waiting and waiting and waiting game again. Then, we played the Sales Manager coming in, sitting behind the desk with the great opening line, "So what can I do to get you to sign on the dotted line?" Is this for real? More
