My experience at Boch toyota south was great. When I first walked in I was greeted and offered assistance right away. I told Francis what I was interested in and he gave me my options. I was also satisfied with how quick my car was ready to be picked up. The day I picked up my car I met the service department and the manager who were also very friendly. Overall my eperience at Boch toyota south was great and would definately recommend to friends and family. More
This was the second time I bought a car for Boch Toyota South and I have to say that they just get better with time. They treat you like a VIP and walk you through the process nice and easy. I can not say enough about Jim the team I dealt with at this dealership. James Roane was outstanding. He did everything in his power to get me the best deal possible. He was able to get me close to what I wanted for a trade-in and also was accomadating when I decided 3/4 of the way through the process to look at a different vechle. The night I went there, we had a bad thunder storm. When realizing what the payments of the crew max where going to be, I asked to look at the double cab. Without a hint of aggrevation or fustration he went outside in the pouring rain and brought around another truck for me to look at. Mind you it was also 8:00pm an hour before closing time and Jim was not pushy at all. He took the time to make sure I was comfortable with the vechile and the deal. Thanks to him, I walked out with the right size truck, what I was looking to spend and also a customer for life. More
I was quite pleased with the overall experience with shopping, test driving,and negotiating price on a used Toyota 4 Runner. I have not picked up the truck yet and suspect the service side is just as g shopping, test driving,and negotiating price on a used Toyota 4 Runner. It is nice to know many used vehicles still carry the Toyota Certified Warranty for most critical parts & labor. More

My girlfriend and i went to purchace a used car for her mother on 5/29/11 jim was a very very good sales person, he was not pushy in any way we road tested the car and it was fine except for the a/c was no mother on 5/29/11 jim was a very very good sales person, he was not pushy in any way we road tested the car and it was fine except for the a/c was not working at all,jim said it would be repaired asap that was good enough for me,I told him i had talked with christine white in the online sales department before making the trip from new bedford and wished to have the price reduced somewhat, and he took it down to where we wanted to be, he was and is a credit to boch toyota, however the finance guy was a rude dolt and told me i should get the a/c repair in writing !! xxx ernie boch get your people on the same page it sounded like he was saying don't trust jim roane !! also i sent my girlfriend back on 5/30/11 to pay in cash and the same dolt said to her your paying in cash well i hope you have large bill's !!then told her to be quite because he had to count the money and she was talking to her 80 year old mother about her new car, this clown needs an attitude ajustment by mr boch !! I have a history of using Boch Toyota South for routine care on a new Toyota Highlander purchased elsewhere. There are many, many Toyota dealership options in my area, and I prefer this one for the "above care on a new Toyota Highlander purchased elsewhere. There are many, many Toyota dealership options in my area, and I prefer this one for the "above and beyond" courteous and professional behaviors displayed by each and every staff member. EVERY staff member encountered, by my husband or me, over the past 2.5 years, has always been very pleasant and helpful. I received a new Camry yesterday in perfect condition, the interior and exterior was presented in a proud manner, in which it deserved. The service department installed a remote starter. The demonstration by the salesperson, Jim Roane, was very thorough, and the starter was exactly as expected. I do not feel as though I can rate the "price" category as highly as I rated the others simply because the price was not "great." It was an OK price, and I was already sold on the Toyota name before I walked into the dealership. The price was simply as expected, the manager showed me a printout of what he claimed was his 'invoice price' next to the 'sticker price' and went exactly half way between the two prices so 'we'd both feel happy.' I spent more than I would have liked to for the remote starter; but, I did accept the deal. For this reason, I rated the overall experience as "good." I can't emphasis enough how wonderful it is, as a consumer, to be able to rate this dealership as 'GREAT' in the categories of customer service, quality of work, and friendliness. If the price of the remote starter was $100 less than what I agreed, I would have been able to rate the overall experience as "great" and the price as "great" and given Boch Toyota South a "perfect score." Pedro met me a the time stated and took me on the test drive. Pedro has a genuine connection and concern for his customer. There is not one negative I can say about this young gentleman. Pedro handled every aspect of my sale from test drive, answered questions, pointed out I had a better CD player than I thought, explained the difference between certified Toyota and not, pointed out the many features of the car right down to the use of the remote buttons to securing my hubcaps with invisible ties on two area of the cap. He worked with the trade-in representative and we went back and forth a bit because some of the flaws he had listed were actually parts I had in my trunk. I am grateful for his persistence for me and as a consumer and what was in my best interest. It was nice to see Poe who I had worked with over the years, as early as 2002. He also was very thorough and the finance part went very quickly as I did not require financing. Today I picked up my car, Pedro had the insurance binder, switched my plates, took the DMV check and made an appt for next Thursday to have the chipped areas of the car touched up. He walked me out to the car and pointed to the areas needing attention. The paint had to be ordered. I look forward to seeing Pedro next Thursday. What ever I asked Monday night, including finding two other cars of interest on the lot, he showed me. I asked about sunroofs and if they leak and he explained the whole drainage tube system that they have built into them and all along he was very modest that his English was not good but his English was perfect. i came to Boch Toyota south because of a prior sale to my grandson and he had a very good experience with the sales personnel and the finance office. i purchased a new corolla on the 24th of may. my sales pe grandson and he had a very good experience with the sales personnel and the finance office. i purchased a new corolla on the 24th of may. my sales person was very knowledgeable and very helpful concerning the features of the car. he was genuinely interested in the questions i asked and answered all of my questions to my satisfaction. i have to give credit to JOHN READ my sales rep. he didn't mind repeating a point if it wasn't clear to me. i would refer him to anyone who may be in the market for an automobile. i also have to give credit to the finance office, the gentleman whom i dealt with also was very knowledgeable, there was a multitude of forms and all went well there. i returned today to pick up my new car and a asked him if he could revise my payment method. his reply was, no problem, and he proceeded to change my information. the manager of Boch South came by several times to insure i was being well taken care off.
