Techs should have caught a problem that was directly related to a class action settlement. They missed it, and having it fixed on Toyota’s dime expired, costing me money. Your extra charge on Credit cards degrades any form of professionalism that you advertise. I will not upgrade my Corolla to a new one as I was planning after receiving a proposal you sent. When I was looking to buy Camry sales people were not helpful and were argumentative with each other. I went 30 Miles to Bristol Toyota in swansea. Much better sales and service people. Opening times listed online are incorrect, have been for several years. I brought this up to people there who said they would look into it. Even though their online presentation has been changed, the incorrect hours have NOT been changed. It inconvenient to have parts open 1hr later than service. If want very early service (7AM) and want a part,like a key, must wait till parts opens later on. More

He gave us the chance to test drive the car and help us get a good deal on it. In addition to this, as we were getting the paperwork together both business managers JAMES SYLVESTRE and LUCY TOVAR-SANCHEZ explained everything and gave us some extra incentives on the RAV4. To say they went above and beyond would be an understatement to describe this whole team and the amount of work they did to make our car buying experience so easy!
