Tried to get explanation, offered to show evidence of the text communications with salesperson, and the smug sales mgr basically said tough luck and go see if another dealer will give you the price (even said God help you to find the deal we had agreed upon elsewhere). Lost all respect for this cocky/condescending manager (Fayiz) and the Boch brand of businesses...will be telling all of the many friends and family who have purchased many vehicles and receive all service with Boch to stay away! All over $900...of which I even offered to meet in the middle...but was told no (not even so sorry or anything compassionate), especially after having evidence of this deal (some would say a binding agreement)...terrible experience! Don't try to sell me something I don't want I felt the salesman did not listen to me and he spoke down to me. I asked to test drive 2 vehicles and he insisted on having me look at one I clearly I felt the salesman did not listen to me and he spoke down to me.
