Almost perfect I had an oil change and a coolant flush and my only complaint is that the "next service" sticker that is placed on the driver side windshield showed i I had an oil change and a coolant flush and my only complaint is that the "next service" sticker that is placed on the driver side windshield showed incorrect mileage for the next service. The older sticker indicated that my next service should be at 103,000 miles and new sticker showed the next service was about 98,000 miles. Since the mileage on that car was 107, 000 when I had it serviced, the new sticker should have read 112,000 miles. Since I didn't have to wait long for the coolant flush and oil change (my one complaint on the last Boch survey I filled out) I wondered if the oil was even changed? I guess is that it did get changed and the wrong sticker was placed on my car. I called Boch from my car on the way home to let them know about this and the person on the phone was puzzled as to what I wanted them to do about this. I only wanted Boch to be aware that a mistake had been made. I wasn't going to turn around just to get a coerrect next service sticker. I drive 90 miles every 10,000 miles to Boch to have my service work done because I purchased the car from Boch and I have alway trusted their service work. I also like I the people there and the way the service process is run. The incorrect mileage on the sticker is a minor thing but I believe feedback good or bad should be reported in order to ensure that a process remains robust. More

Great customer service I recently bought a used 2015 Rav4 from Boch Toyota, Mark Nelson was my Sales Representative. Mark assisted with electronic settings including Blueto I recently bought a used 2015 Rav4 from Boch Toyota, Mark Nelson was my Sales Representative. Mark assisted with electronic settings including Bluetooth. After a recent oil change, for some reason my Bluetooth connection was knocked out, can't explain it, all preset radio stations were okay, no other electronic issue, but Bluetooth was not working and I couldn't figure out how to reset. I called Mark and he offered that I stop by or call him up and he would talk me through it. I stopped by Boch Toyota South the other day and Mark took care of me. I am not surprised as Mark is a great guy, but I bought a used car and thought Mark might say "Who are you", but that was to the case. I previously bought my 2006 Highlander Hybrid from Boch Toyota South, at their previous location - before they built their current Taj Mahal. That Toyota gave over 280,000 miles until I traded it in last year for this 2015 used Rav4. With my experience with the 2006 Highlander, going back to Boch was a no brainer, why mess with success. After driving the 1.5hrs the price was increased by 4k and the value given on my trade was decreased. I recommend not visiting this dealership unless you want to be misled. Worse Possible Experience These guys are horrible; sleazy as they come. I returned there after purchasing two Toyotas there previously, but never again. The salesman, Emmanuel, was the least-informed and easily the most incompetent I have ever encountered. He didn’t really know much about anything, and several of my inquiries were met with a laugh. At one point I had to ask him why he was laughing at me when I’m asking him a serious question, it was that annoying. He brought his Slick-Willy sales manager over, who babbled on about how they were losing money blah-blah-blah. But the deal breaker was when Emmanuel announced I had to put down the deposit and sign a P&S before speaking with the finance guy. What are the rates? Can’t tell you that, says Mannny, I guess we’re just supposed to come up with the money a sign a contract first and THEN get the details. Sleazy operation, sleazy staff, STAY AWAY. More
