Once I got into the finance office, the manager rudely said "pffft, thats the price" when I mentioned it making Pedro the salesman a straight up liar. I should have walked then, but they were giving me alot more for my trade in than I expected, and the thing was breaking down daily. Next up came the 9.42% finance "deal" through Toyota financial. They said they were the only ones that accepted me, even with good credit. I never got any rejection notices from other banks, so basically they never tried they most likely get an incentive to lock people into crap deals through Toyota. On a town local page, someone mentioned they had close to an 800 credit score and they were offered take it or leave it 9.99%. They also sold me a 3rd party extended warranty for $3,200, that once I needed it I found covers NOTHING. No engines, transmissions, super/turbochargers, electronics, NOTHING. Warranty company wouldnt even answer what they do cover after 3 emails, once they sent me this info. Lucky I caught this early and cancelled it (against dealer advice of course) and got $2795 credited back to my loan. Reading articles on 3rd party warranties afterwards its simply another dealership trick to swindle more money out of you, I was thrilled to see the check back to Toyota came from the dealer, (which is why they didnt want me to cancel since it cost them money) I was recommended to this place by a family friend of the GM John. If this is how they treat someone recommended to them, Id hate to be someone off the street. To recap: lying salesperson, lying finance manager, borderline fraudulent 3rd party warranty. This is just your average, run of the mill bottom feeder dealer. You can get screwed anywhere. Why choose these miscreants. Piece of advice, the bigger the dealer is a monument to the screwings they have given people. More

And I only had a two hour window on my calendar in which to test drive and complete the lease. And I basically called Jose as I was leaving the house and said to make room to help me in your day, now. You’re likely thinking “he’s in sales, of course he’ll see you”. And you’re likely right. But he didn’t make it feel that way at all. He had the car ready to test drive on my arrival and we completed the paper work in plenty of time for me to comfortably make my commitment later that day. This is the second vehicle I’ve purchased from Boch Toyota South and from Jose. Let’s be frank here, most of the local Toyota dealerships are physically similar so it’s the people and the way they treat you that bring you back to a business. My experiences have all been timely, professional, and courteous. Jose has been helpful, informative and accommodating. Same for the service team. I’m pleased to do business with the team at BTS. Come to think of it, maybe that is the gold standard. More

I ended up with a very high interest rate even with great credit, but was told I couldn’t see the interest until I met with the finance. The lights were already off, it was closing time, I was tired.. I should have insisted but will just end up taking the loan elsewhere. The car wasn’t ready when I came back the next day to pick it up, I went out for an hour for things to be completed and came back to find out the sales rep was unsure about insurance policies. After my fourth visit and speaking with a service manager I got to drive my car home. The ladies at the desk seemed bothered to have to help as well and I had to be redirected three times to speak to a manager. If you have the frustration and need to talk to Abdullah he’s very friendly and has fast resolution. I’ve never left a review anywhere and am a very patient person but would not recommend Boch Toyota South. More
