Oil Leak It was not a good experience. A few days after getting my oil changed, I noticed oil on my driveway. I brought my car in to be inspected and Paul, t It was not a good experience. A few days after getting my oil changed, I noticed oil on my driveway. I brought my car in to be inspected and Paul, the manager, explained that there was no oil leak, it was just residual oil spilled on the engine from the oil change. I asked him how so much oil was spilled. He seemed “put off” with my questions but said with models like mine, oil is spilled when removing the filter. He never said that the oil should have been cleaned off the engine or that he was sorry I had to take time off from work to get the engine checked or, as result of this oil change, there are oil stains on my driveway. In fact, when I asked what are you going to do about the oil on the driveway, he questioned how much oil there was. In the end, he said he would mail a $100 credit to me. The other people I dealt with were pleasant. More
