Made sure that I met with the service department, knew where to go and set up the 1st appointment already. Down side: After doing all the paperwork and getting ready to drive my car home, I noticed that the fan windows in the back were not power unlike the 2010 Sienna I was trading in. Very disappointed that I had not been thorough enough in my research. Also thought I had a good idea about both the price and trade in before I got there and that too was not what I had anticipated. Would definitely be more prepared the next time. Things that were beyond Mark's control. He really was a great salesperson to work with. The whole experience took just a few hours. More
