I brought my Tuscan 2019 for major warning sign check up. I was told that there is damage to a camera because someone hit my car at the rear. It would cost over $3000 to fix it. I truly appreciated my recent Nucar experience. From the first phone call with the very busy female who works in the office and patiently answered my questions as she scheduled my appointment (my From the first phone call with the very busy female who works in the office and patiently answered my questions as she scheduled my appointment (my apologies for not getting her name but kudos to you with the many hats you obviously wear and you wear them well!!) to David, the gentlemen who oversaw my appointment. David kept me informed of the happenings, provided me with plastic wrapped utensils I need to eat my lunch, and gave me a loner car over night because the main part they needed hd to be ordered and wouldn’t arrived until the next morning (the loaner must have been unused and in storage for a while because little creepy crawlers came out of it) but David took time to showed me details about the car’s dashboard and Bluetooth which was great. I like the environment created by this owner and crew compared to my last visit with prior owners…I did not feel welcomed at all. The current owner and current team are still figuring out some things as a team but they’ll work it out and again, the environment and the work on my car was greatly appreciated.
