Both John and Sarkis were a pleasure to deal with. They worked hard so that I could stay pretty well within my budget. This will be my 4th Hyundai purchase over the years and I love the brand. They make a good reliable product and the service is terrific. :) More

I would ABSOLUTELY go back to Tarbox Hyundai. I brought my Hyundai 2010 Accent in for a routine oil change. While I was waiting Al came up to me to ask if I needed help. I said no but told him I love my Ac my Hyundai 2010 Accent in for a routine oil change. While I was waiting Al came up to me to ask if I needed help. I said no but told him I love my Accent but it was the first time I bought a car instead of an SUV. Then I spotted a 2011 Hyundai Elantra Touring on the lot. Al asked if I wanted to go for a test drive. Why not? I really was impressed. I liked the size, gas mileage, ease of handling and the information Al gave me about the car.It was bigger than my Accent and I was excited. When we got back to the dealership, I decided I wanted it and Al got right to work to expedite the sale. I was so impressed with the other sales people who worked at the dealership. Many came over and congratulated me on my purchaxe. I was made to feel really special and apprecited, I have told all my friends about my experience and told them that if they are thinking about buying a new car or SUV they HAVE to visit Tarbox Hyundai....and ask for Al!!!!! In the 2 1/2 years of my constant struggle with a 2007 Hyundai Sonata, they tried to get the issues fixed. I don't think they had much control over the cost of Hyundai parts, and they did not pressure Hyundai Sonata, they tried to get the issues fixed. I don't think they had much control over the cost of Hyundai parts, and they did not pressure me to do costly repairs that were not necessary. They also took the time to fix issues that were difficult to diagnose (all sorts of squeaks and rattles). I can't say much for the car itself, which turned out to be 100,000 miles of misery despite all the required maintenance, and then some. For those who think a Sonata is essentially an Accord or Camry for $4000 less (as I did), this was a wakeup call. The positive comments I've heard from others were those who drove there cars minimally, and not road warriors. More
I took my car in because my window was moving up/down very slowly and was not tracking correctly. $280 and a new window servo later, my window still does not track correctly. Now I have to take it back very slowly and was not tracking correctly. $280 and a new window servo later, my window still does not track correctly. Now I have to take it back in for another 2-3 hour appointment and who knows how much more money. Evidently, they don't know how to test out the work they do or compare against the stated reasons the car was brought in before bringing it back to the customer. Really, $280 later and it still isn't right? In my head, a motor moves a window up/down on a track. Check the motor and the track. Doesn't seem too hard to figure out, particularly when the customer tells you it is slow and deosn't track correctly. More
I had a very good experience at Tarbox Hyundai.Robert new the cars inside and out. There did not seem to be any pressure. That made me feel good, and relaxed. I was able to take my time. To test drive a few the cars inside and out. There did not seem to be any pressure. That made me feel good, and relaxed. I was able to take my time. To test drive a few cars and to just sit in others. I wasn't expecting that. I had been to other dealers looking for cars and some of them didn't even bother to send a sales person out to help me. I did not return to that dealer and I told everyone I knew about it. PC More
