I value their input as they have always been upfront & helpful in their advice and I have never had the feeling that I was being taken advantage of. Whenever I needed service unexpectedly because of a dead battery or another issue, they went out of their way to take care of me. Their facilities are always clean & comfortable so waiting isn't a problem. Tarbox is the best run business that I've ever come across and I'm grateful that they have maintained their standards. Should have reported this a couple years ago. Every time I went to start my car the battery was weak or dead. Felt something was draining my battery. Searched everywhere in my car and couldn’t find what c I went to start my car the battery was weak or dead. Felt something was draining my battery. Searched everywhere in my car and couldn’t find what could be draining it! So, I too it to tarbox to find what was draining it and they said I needed a new battery. Battery shop said nothing wrong with battery. AAA said nothing wrong but something draining it. I had to get a new battery only to find out that the light under visor (which I didn’t realize was there) was draining battery. Bought new battery for nothing. When I told tarbox they said well, now you have a new battery. They should be responsible to pay battery because it’s their car and should know where darn lights are. More
