My car is 2 years old and in the last 7 months the fuel pump went.I brought it in to be fixed when I got it back they didn’t connect the fuel neck line additionally they did not put the drive shaft back in pump went.I brought it in to be fixed when I got it back they didn’t connect the fuel neck line additionally they did not put the drive shaft back in properly!!! So I brought it back again they apologized for their mistake and fixed the problem now a month after that my check engine light pops on so I bring it back to be fixed AGAIN. Fast forward to a month and a half later after getting my car back AGAIN the whole car is SHAKING when in park!! I am very disheartened at this, not only did I miss multiple days of work, this location is a hour and half drive both ways from my house.This is beyond frustrating to pay $525 a month for a brand new car and it be in the shop more than my last 15 year old car.Not to mention the drive shaft fell out when I was on the highway I could have seriously been injured or killed.I went to this location because it had decent reviews but I wont be buying another car from them.The service guy George was very rude to me on the phone when I initially brought my car in the first time and even raised his voice at me and was not helpful or accommodating in anyway he made me wait multiple days to get a rental because they “ had to figure out what was wrong with it before giving me a rental” I dropped off my car to them ( by tow ) on Tuesday I didn’t get approved for a rental until Saturday!!! So I missed all those days at work. The only two things I can say is they fixed everything for free ( I am in warranty ) and secondly bill in service has been very helpful and accommodating.I asked for bill after a few blunt phone calls with George. More

Great sevice from parts dept and service dept. parts ordered a tire for me on friday nite Delivered 830am saturday morning and service had it placed on the car by 930 am.
