It is obvious that Lannan simply does not pay attention to service. They just pile up repair work and without a real clue as to whether they can complete it. When I called at midday they could give me no to service. They just pile up repair work and without a real clue as to whether they can complete it. Isn't it just common sense and good business practice to go to your co-workers and ask what are you doing and estimate how long will it take so that paying customers can plan their lives; rather than being treated like your asking a stupid question. I have purchased 2 vehicles from Lannan and I can assure you they will be my last. More

Excellent service work on 2000 Silverado ...back to %100 operating condition. Rate per hour might be expensive, but you get what you pay for ...it was well worth every penny. Customers receive Quality Service at Lannan Chevrolet. I took notice to the way other Cutomers were treated, everyone appeared satisfied. I highly recommend Lannan Chevrolet, they don't play games as some independent auto repair facilities do. Bob Fahey, Lannan Chevrolet Service Manager, is an asset to Lannan. Hopefully Lannan Chevrolet Management takes notice to Bob Fahey's excellent work/Customer Service. Maybe they'll give hmi a big fat Bonus on the dreaded day he retires. Frank Grant did a marvelous job getting me in for service, getting my vehicle looked at and worked on and calling when it was ready to pick up.
