I had my 2007 Buick Lacrosse serviced for a oil change and tire rotation. while I was waiting in the showroom everybody looked very happy, com sales. Took my car in for factory recall. Problem was taken care of and as always a pleasurable experience . Friendly and hospitable atmosphere is a plus at Lannon in Woburn. Went there for oil change ask how long it would be they told me in and out in an hour. They then said had a recall on car that would be an extra half hour. Over two hours later I ask service manager how mu told me in and out in an hour. They then said had a recall on car that would be an extra half hour. Over two hours later I ask service manager how much longer it woul be he said a few minutes. A few minutes go by he comes out and says oil change is done if want to come back another time for recall. I waited and went to pay bill, I gave them a $10 off coupon and I ask women at desk if it was applied she said I think so. I looked when I got home it was not applied. I will not be going back for service. More
I have purchased or leased at least 6 vehicles from Lannan in Woburn. Not only has the buying experience been a pleasure but the level of service after my purchases has been second to none. Not only has the dealership been accomadating and helpful but they go out of their way to satisfy the consumer. 2 recent examples.........I hit a manhole cover with my 2007 Denali last week (Thursday Feb. 7) that caused damage to my front end. It was the day before the blizzard was to hit the Northeast. I called Lannan at 10 am right after the damage. Mark O. in service told me to bring my vehicle in immediately without an appointment and had the problem diagnosed, the parts ordered and the repair done by 3 pm that day knowing I would need my vehicle before the big storm. No hassles. Also, my son hit a deep pothole 3 weeks ago in his 2011 Tahoe. He damaged his rim and blew the tire. When purchasing the vehicle I opted to purchase the tire and wheel insurance. I brought the damaged tire and rim to Lannan. Joe A. in service helped me fill out the claim form for the tire and rim. He coordinated the claim and the inspection of the damage and to my delight had a new tire and replacement rim ready the next day for me. The whole job was taken care of at no cost to me. Something I wasn't expecting. Lannan stood by the policy I had purchased and went to bat for me. Professionalism. I can't say enough about the dealership from top to bottom. I have no problem with making appointment. They tell me to bring in my car right away and they will check it out. If it happens again they tell me to bring it back and they will be no charge for the check to bring in my car right away and they will check it out. Reapir was for an Oldsmobile. Repair was done on time at the quoted price. Used the Van driver service to/from home as repair was over night. Difficult repair as three long brake lines were rusted out and t the quoted price. Used the Van driver service to/from home as repair was over night. Be aware Lannan Chevrolet (Woburn, MA.) has the best Chevrolet Service setup in my opinion. I no longer do business with independent Garages, I have learned you want it done right and no gasmes ...go Chevrolet Service setup in my opinion. Requested service is done right with no follow up necessary. I am %100 satisfied with Lannan Chevrolet (Woburn, MA..) Bob Fahey, Service Manager, is on top of everything ...makes sure the Customer is taken care of %100. Bob is super friendly and professional. Who ever the Tech was ...knows his stuff as well. Lannan Chevrolet provides shuttle service ...that is like Gold, to be brought home and picked up reminds me of the old days. GM Corporate needs to know having Bob Fahey representing GM really makes a big difference. Actually eveyone I run into at Lannan Chevrolet, Woburn, MA., are all outstanding friendly Professionals. What a team Lannan has!!! My 2000 Silverado with 86Kmi, it was time to do it up ...we brought it back to %100, $5K plus some owrk performed. I am satisfied big time! :-) More
