Terrible customer service. They lie to you about scheduling and timing. I left my car there after making an appointment two weeks earlier and they never looked at it. I called They lie to you about scheduling and timing. I left my car there after making an appointment two weeks earlier and they never looked at it. I called and asked why bother making an appointment if you don’t bother to look at the car. I don’t need a place to park it for the day. Once work was completed car was still acting up. I paid the $100 premium on the warranty and the still kept calling asking for payment. Service Manager is awful. More
