Bad place to buy new cars. Bought brand new Silverado with a bunch of scratches with promises from James to fix it. After drive almost 1 hr each way twice Drop off n Pick up, to find out my truck was the with a bunch of scratches with promises from James to fix it. After drive almost 1 hr each way twice Drop off n Pick up, to find out my truck was the same way. Just cleaner, but with the scratches still. Bad dealer to buy from. Stay away from this place More

Service Center Screws customers Took my 2015 equinox in because grinding noise when I hit the brakes. They told me the calipers were in "a bad position" and that they wore through th Took my 2015 equinox in because grinding noise when I hit the brakes. They told me the calipers were in "a bad position" and that they wore through the brake pads and busted the rear brakes. Told me they needed to replace entire rear braking system for $1700 and charged $125 just to diagnose the problem. Paid the $125 and went to my friends mechanic. He inspected the issue they claimed it was and he said rear brakes were fine and the noise was coming from a hard spot on the front rotor but the issue was not the brakes at all. No first responder discount either. Only good thing I have to say was the service guy who helped me didn't convince me to stay when I wanted to take my car and leave and was understanding (probably used to putting up with Boch's BS) More
