Brendan Ross was my first contact and he said he didn't have what I wanted so I gave him the vehicle number off the website to which he later replied he did have it and when could I come look at it. I made an appointment for several days later and when I was 15 minutes from the dealership he emailed me that the truck was no longer available. He acted like we didn't have an appointment and tossed me off to Scott Forrester THANK GOD !!! Scott could see I was pissed and on my way out the door. He calmed me down and asked my needs . We looked around and saw nothing I liked and he looked at the website seeing the truck I wanted and after investigation FOUND IT !! He brought it back to the dealership and called me the NEXT DAY !!! He asked when I wanted to see it so my wife and I went down there and test drove it, put a down payment and a few days later I have a new Silverado !!! THANKS SCOTT FORRESTER !!!! More
DO NOT BUY FROM BOCH. Terrible service from the sales team. Bought a brand new vehicle from them and it had a rattling noise coming from it when accelerating. I worked via telephone with the sales manager and sales associate on a certified vehicle I was interested in purchasing. The negotiation process was mostly via text and a phone call. Being located over two hours away, I asked a lot of questions before driving to the dealership. The sales associate was helpful and answered my questions and provided a video. My son and I left work early and made the two hour trip. The truck was on the front of the lot. It looked great, just as described. As soon as we opened the door we were instantly met with an overwhelming smell of cigarette odor. The odor was so bad it could easily be sensed from 10 feet from the truck. We were very disappointed as this information was never disclosed to us. Being a certified vehicle would also suggest the condition of the vehicle is a step above. Removing cigarette smell from the interior is very very difficult if not impossible as the smokes and residual permeates the leather, carpet, cloth and ventilation system. On rainy and humid days, it lingers. A simple disclosure by Boch could have avoided this situation. It would have been the right thing to do…be upfront, honest, provide full disclosure. Its really simple to do and good business. More

Since we both needed to be present to transfer the plates from our trade, we took the car. We live an hour away with three young children and both work full time. Now I am stuck finding time to bring the car back, and they can't give me a timeframe. Such a huge hassle and stress I do no need for a 40,000 purchase. If I had known it would be four trips to the dealership I never would have purchased with them. More

I purchased a Used Corvette from Boch in late Feb. '23. Worked out a fair deal and trailered car home to Ct. Roughly 2 hours. I was given all the correct documents so I was told. I made my appointment to get it registered (month later) in Ct. Had a big issue when I went to DMV whereas I could not register the car. So like anyone who has dealt with Ct. DMV, I immediately became aggravated. I called BOCH, left message and Frank Promptly called me back. I'll make this as short as can be. Frank did everything possible to correct the issue. Admitted that I was not given correct documentation to legally get the car registered etc. He magically got me an appointment the very next day at DMV (it takes a month to get and appointment now no more walk-ins). He also went way above and beyond by sending his guy (his name escapes me-my apologies) along with all correct documentation to CT DMV to meet me so I could get it registered/title etc. Everything was in order and is now registered. I cannot speak positive enough on how well my issue was handled. They could have easily just made me go all the way back to Norwood to collect the documents, and deal with DMV again on my own. I hear so many times from friends, family, co-workers, online reviews etc. how awful some dealerships are. This is one place that definitely knows how to treat customers. I am just one customer that literally walked in from a state away and had an issue. It's happens. How its handled is what makes the HUGE difference. Thank You and the whole Team Frank. Murray More
SCOTT FORRESTER did a great job selling. Didnt my break my xxxxx for the sale. we drove the Ford Escape and I even picked up a burger at McDonalds during the test. Long story short i have brought the vehicle back 3 times for this issue. The mechanics that work on this vehicle cant seem to get it right. A 2012 Ford escape and they cant fix it?! I bet there are 16 yr old apprentices that could repair this. We are talking about an old ford with nuts and bolts. The Invoice says "New to You" is the repairing place. Im guessing the mechanics are giving me the broom job because ud think i was bringing in a new tesla for repair with the lack of getting it right. Then again "Atef" said, "what do you expect for 9 grand" pffftttttt. Jimmy Aspropotamit and Mike Domings have been wicked pissah (5 stars). These guys have to keep hearing and seeing me with this old ford escape. Thanks guys for answering my text messages and actually giving an honest opinion. Jimmy has to text me which has been great and Mike actually came out to listen to that vibration which felt like jurrasic park in imax. appreciate you guys for that. Hopefully this engine doesnt fall out this weekend. 5 stars for the guys and the mechanics at "New to you" I cant really say. More

Atef and Frank (the Sales Managers) made the magic happen. They worked hard to broker the best deal possible. Nabil Salib was just outstanding as my salesperson - professional, intelligent, knowledgeable about all things Chevrolet. He kept me informed of every step and made the sale stressless and actually fun! Nabil worked alongside Kent Jackson, who was also terrific - very helpful, informed and fun! Stacy, J.D., Jim, Michael (from Finance), and "Uncle Phil" Papadoupolous made it a family event! I have found a new home at Boch Chevrolet. This dealership is about as good as it gets. No stress, no painful dealing, GREAT selection of vehicles, and fantastic staff all around. I would also add that the Service Department is the best service team I have ever worked with.
