My experience with Nucar Chevy was actually enjoyable! I know…odd for a car dealership, right!? When I first walked in, I explained to the salesman (Alex) that I only had about 20 minutes but I was inte I know…odd for a car dealership, right!? When I first walked in, I explained to the salesman (Alex) that I only had about 20 minutes but I was interested in seeing a used car I came across on their website. The test drive went really well (Alex was very personable and knowledgeable) and I was interested in purchasing the vehicle, but I had other engagements to attend to. They, of course, pressed a little to pursue a sale but, in the end, they were very pleasant and respected that I was out of time. The manager (James) even kindly offered for me to take the vehicle home for the night to show my wife. I declined, but I was impressed that they weren’t pushy and even expedited a trade-in estimate for me. Long story short, I called them back a few days later (yes, they respectfully did not harass me with voicemails!) when I saw the same model car at a higher trim level. I kindly negotiated some with them and we had a deal. It was such a smooth experience that I went back 3 weeks later and bought a second car to replace our family’s other vehicle! Never have I ever bought two cars in the same month, let alone from the same dealership! I’ve had my fair share of bad dealership experience. Nucar was the exact opposite. I hope this review helps as you consider giving them your business. More

If I could give this dealership a 0 star review I would. I had an appointment set for a certain time and was told they would call me with a diagnosis that afternoom or to tell me my truck was done. Fast for I had an appointment set for a certain time and was told they would call me with a diagnosis that afternoom or to tell me my truck was done. Fast forward 72 hours without a vehicle my truck still wasn’t looked at and no one had reached out with any sort of explanation or to offer a rental. When I finally reached a manager he told me he would take care of it and provide an interior detial for my troubles. Which I would assume would be standard anyway after investigating a leaking sunroof on ‘22 truck. When I picked up my vehicle a week later my truck not only didn’t have a detail which was promised but it was covered in snow and ice which I had to clean off myself. More
